Stopped in here for dinner while visiting downtown Cheyenne and ordered pork chop. Absolutely outstanding and one of the best chops I ever had!Servers were very friendly and attentive as well. Great selection of beer on tap and good TV coverage as well.Great steak house and can't recommend enough!

Some of the food we had was great, while others were ok. We both had salads and both thought they were great. I had the ribs and they were tasty. Wife had chicken fried chicken and we both found it to be lacking in taste. Drinks from the bar were great along with the service. Price was a little high for what was received.

I was let down with my visit to this famous restaurant. I ordered the New York strip, medium, with carrot soufflé and garlic mashed potatoes. The steak came out medium well to well. I have had better steak for half the price and I expected more for it being a $40, 15 oz. steak. The carrots and potatoes were good but smaller portions. I sat at the bar and the service was good.

We ordered the Fulton Street Ribs and the Cedar Plank Salmon. The food and service was great. Our sever Alex was super nice and even recommended the dessert the pecan meltaway which was actually amazing.

My wife and I did a day trip from Fort Collins to Cheyenne and the Rib and Chop was suggested by another business in town that we stopped at so we tried it. Outstanding! When we walked in and approached the hostess station we were asked if we had reservations. Reservations? In Cheyenne? Really? It was 11:30 but all of a sudden the place filled up. Apparently we chose the right restaurant for lunch. What was really surprising was the large number of business persons in suits and business attire, as well as locals and visitors in jeans. Service was excellent. It was our server's first day on the job and it was clear that he was well-trained. Exceptionally attentive even though the place was filling up quickly. This Rib & Chop has an affiliation with a local microbrewery called Accomplice Beer Company just a few blocks away. Rib & Chop carries their line. I had a bold dark ale called Krimson King. Very satisfying and tasty. For lunch we both had the smoked beef sandwich served with au jus, sauteed onions and mushroom, horse radish sauce melted provolone on a toasted sub roll, and fries or sweet potato fries. We had each. The food was spot-on. I tried two of their house-made hot sauces - the garlic chipotle and the "hot". Each was outstanding with bold unique flavors with hints of smoke and cinnamon, and not overly hot. We'll go back next time we're in town and we suggest that you give the Rib & Chop a try.

Our waiter Eric was great. The fried green tomatoes were good but way to much sauce on them. The steaks however were fantastic and cooked perfectly. The baked potato was good. The wines by the glass could be better. Not many good choices. Do not expect a fancy place. It is very casual but the food is good and the prices are very reasonable.

Don’t waste your time or money. The waitress was the only good part. The rest of the service was extremely slow and the food could have came from Applebees and been just as good for a quarter of the price. And for the price they charge you should get more then a piece of butcher paper on the table. It took 45 minutes to get drinks let alone our food.

After waiting over an hour after ordering, one in our party had a steak overcooked. We ordered the steak for two and the steak was never hot, though the plate was. The salad for two in our party took a long time to come and only after asking for it, for all of us. We had ordered mushrooms and received Mac and cheese. They did bring the mushrooms eventually, after pointing it out. We ordered drinks those were wrong and came slowly. The old fashioned that we did not order they left, they then charged me for it. After the long wait to not get some compensation was discouraging. We won’t be back again soon. They did get the salmon that two in our party ordered right so thanks for that. But, the manager didn’t seem to concerned overall. Very sad for what we paid

My family and i enjoyed our meals. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious. The salad was great. I even applied for the $50 a month membership for 10% off meals, $50 certificate, getting a reservation priority access and free birthday entree.

What a great meal! We both had steak and they were done to perfection, they are cooked in butter with a little salt added in. It tastes so good, there is no reason to add anything to it! Baked potato was huge, and delicious. The gumbo had just the right amount of seasoning! Service was top of the line. I highly recommend tho steak house!
