What's to say about Wendy's? It is Wendy's. This particular location is decent. Drive thru moves well, and food quality is good. My kids love it. And you can't beat a vanilla frosty.
A picture speaks 1000 words... And then to get attitude when politely asking for replacement sucks. How do you actually box that up? I'm embarrassed for you.
The gentleman taking orders was very rude,I asked for a sweet tea and got an unsweetened tea instead and I don’t even want to mention how bad the fries were.
Went there last night on 3/10/22 and my meal was over $30 dollars and the manager Scott gave me his manager discount because we use to work together so it went from $30 -$16 everything was good ?
Worst fast food sandwich I think I’ve ever ate… I don’t normally complain and never publicly or ever socially but the employees did nothing about it when my boyfriend and I complained. This sandwich is supposed to be the famous new “Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich,” clearly was nothing like it! I did ordered it with no cheese but my boyfriend’s had cheese that wasn’t even melted as advertised, and the sandwich was cold. Very disappointed in this Wendy’s! I typically love Wendy’s but probably won’t return to this one unfortunately.
Fantastic customer service! My car died in the drive thru and a bunch of the guys from the kitchen threw on coats and helped me push it to a parking spot.The remodel looks really nice while waiting on a ride and the food is fresh and tasty. Thanks y'all!
The lady handing us are food was very rude to us didn’t say one word. then when we got home they forgot both of are nuggets. waste of 20 dollars
Got home all my food was cold, ordered around 9:10-9:15 my fries weren’t even like warm and it says on the fry box hot and crispy guaranteed. What a joke
I stopped here on 12/17/21 on my way back to MT after attending the funeral of a friend who died in the line of duty in CO. It had been a rough day and I had been driving for the last day to get to the services. As soon as I stepped up to the counter, a friendly young man was working diligently to help those of us standing in line. They were pretty busy. The manager saw me standing there and she walked by and said, "That one is on me." I was still in uniform from the funeral. She had big smile on her face and she and her staff were so friendly on a day that was really hard for me. Not sure if she knew what I had been through that day, but she and her staff made my day a little better. It's people like this that make this world a better place. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
Classic big bacon cheddar chicken sandwich was horrible. Bread hard as a rock, cold cheese not even melted. Place was not busy. French fries were good. Food too expensive for what I got!!
