My wife and I stopped at the Love's Truck Stop around 9:30p this evening to get some late dinner. Kim was personable, had a wonderful smile and we were able to talk a bit about how we love Wyoming, Cheyenne Frontier Days, etc. Appreciate the extra effort and getting us our meal quickly so we could drive through to Rawlins before midnight. We will be back! Thank you Kim and Wendy's staff.
12:30 rolls around and a couple co-workers and I wanted to get a good burger, something quick but tasty! Well Wendy’s really came to mind so that’s how it started! As we pulled into the parking lot, immediately I noticed the VERY long line of cars coming out of the drive thru, along with the packed parking lot, “here we go” I thought, well I noticed the line was moving rather quickly but we decided to go inside, expecting a line out the door we were all greeted with an empty line and a cashier waiting for us to order! By the time I got done paying, my food was already bagged and in my hands… very impressed and felt special until I noticed the rest of the crew had the same treatment! Very very very impressed with this customer service and expedient experience! This speaks a lot for everything going on with labor shortages and everything else! Especially during a lunch rush!!! Management should be very happy!!
Wendy's burgers have always been great. Now they've upped their fry game. They are hot and crispy ! Better than Mcdougulls.
Ordered 10 chicken nuggets plus other things from the drive-thru. When I checked at home, I only got 8 pcs chicken nuggets. Ordered few mins ago. People paid full price for their orders, get your job done right!!
I continue to be pleasantly surprised by Wendy’s and other “higher caliber” food places.The cashier was very polite, well spoken, professional, efficient and the most important: charged me for and served me exactly what I ordered. She was also helpful and patient when I didn’t know where to look for a promo in my app.Great experience here as always!I could be wrong, but it seems like when employees are treated well , they represent a business well… what a concept?! You’d think everyone would have jumped aboard the loyal employee is an asset not a liability band wagon already, but it’s painstakingly apparent at some establishments that’s not the case… (I’m looking at you … i could name a few but I’m here to give credit where it’s due not point fingers??)Who knows? Maybe someone in management somewhere that needs to read this will. ? Welp, my job is done here. Order the Big bacon cheddar along with 2 baconators and all three burger were very dry. The big bacon cheddar didn't have any flavor and hardly any cheese. Will not goback to this location
Ordered a Jr bacon cheese burger which is just bacon burger tomato lettuce and cheese and I got a burger with some type of honey musturd and pickles. How do you screw up something so simple. Whoever was making food just had a I don't care attitude. Worst experiance ever from Wendy's.

Quick and tasty. What else could you want in a fast food joint
