We have enjoyed patronizing this restaurant for years. It is now time to find our Asian cuisine elsewhere. First off, why hasn't Twin Dragon opened the restaurant for dine in by now?? I'll tell you why. Because they don't want to. They don't really care what the customer wants. Also, Twin Dragon has really jacked up their prices recently while making the take out containers much smaller! Was it really necessary to BOTH jack up the price and decrease quantity at the same time?? Be careful - if you aren't going to treat your customers right...you WILL lose them! We can no longer recommend this restaurant.

Service is always excellent, my favorite Chinese food in town. You can't go wrong with the Sesame Chicken!

I've been going here for 20 years n have always enjoyed it with my family. Now I am so disappointed in the way it has gone down hill. The family dinners they no longer give you options for the entrees. One of the things it came with was almond chicken that was so horrible.

Went I ordered me some food to go. Took them like 15 minutes. Got home food was good and then I did some bong hits. About 20 mi utes later had to eat rest if my food.

It may take over 2 hours from the time ordered for the food to be ready at peak times. Very heavy delays on phone and delivery orders, many delivery personnel just avoid this.

We have gone here for over 30 years. After last nights fiasco we will never go there again. I pride myself with only writing positive reviews and this is a major exception. And I think this says it all!!!!

The food was great but more than anything I had two disabled parents with me and they came outside to help bring them in and out of the restaurant. Food was fabulous.

Ordered from here for the first time over the weekend and the food was delicious. Will definitely be making another trip back.

Ate here last year and it was ok. Just got done eating it again and the food was very bland/tasted weird. Fried dumplings were visibly burnt (my wife said they were burnt but I didn’t have an issue with them). One star added because the wonton soup was good. They also charged me for a full price fried rice to substitute my steamed rice that CAME WITH THE ENTREE. Over all it wasn’t terrible but, it definitely wasn’t good. Don’t let the good reviews fool you. Will not be eating here again.

Pickup orders only is frustrating, but have enjoyed this place for years so still order on occasion. They will not call when order is ready, was there last night, order wasn't quite ready So stood there by counter to wait. Waited for over 1/2 hour only to discover that when order was ready they set it down beside the cashier and she never told me it was done. Another person came out 20 minutes later asked my phone # and said that it was right there. Had people waiting for food at home so took the order and of course food was cold/soggy. Worst experience ever at this place. Probably won't go back until they open dining room. They ask for phone numbers, they should call when orders are ready...so frustrating!!
