The food was delicious. Was unusual in that you ordered and paid. Then when food was ready, it was delivered. Evidently everyone is looking for good help willing to work. The Tortilla Factory is great. We enjoyed our meal very much.

They have a major help problem. I have to say they are creative. You have to order and pay at the front desk and then go and sit down to be served. The whole meal went as smooth as silk, just different.

Like most restaurants, they are having trouble finding servers so you order at the door, pay, and they bring it to your table. Service was quick. Food was good.

Food is tasty. Spent good money i asked for a little sour cream so the salsa wouldnt burn my mouth . She said kitchen wont give it to her. Brought out fajaitas fixin gave very little tomato or lettuce no cheese what a joke!!

Sadly the tortilla factory has gone downhill. They used to be the best Mexican food place in town but recently they have become the worst place. The quality and freshness of food has drastically decreased. Example…I ordered the steak a la mexicana and the beans were runny as if watered down and the worst was the steak…more than half was fat and gristle. Absolutely inedible!!!Also the dining experience has become lazy and impersonal and to get someone to wait/help you is almost impossible. It’s like a fast food place!!!Management/owners have really dropped the ball at this establishment.

Everything was great as always ! Carlos is there almost every time I go and is exceptional. I've seen with place change a lot over the last few years but the quality is always there. Appricate the authenticity and kindness.

I went thru the drive thru my order was incorrect which happens so I called to make sure I could get what I wanted they said yes no problem! Than I get there and CARLOS comes out to my car all ANGRY I calmly explained what I wanted he was fine I will have it ready! As he stomped back and honestly I'm scared to eat it! He was so mad I'm afraid he did something to it! Listen I get it's a bad time with worker shortages and inflation. But I'm no different than him just trying to survive I honestly don't think it helps taking it out on others. And I will never go there again there is enough good Mexican Food in this town I should not be afraid to ask for my correct order. Blessings to you all!

I really wanted to like this place because I like to support local business. I went around 10:30 so as not to get in the lunch crowd and to get freshly made food. Staff/Service: the staff was friendly and the service was pretty quick. Food: We ordered a variety of items including menudo. All the food was served on cold plates, and the soup was barely warm. None of the items tasted like it was freshly made. Overall, below average, bland and poorly seasoned. The best part of the meal was the chips and salsa.

Ordered through door dash and I received my two breakfast burritos and my pint of green chili. I did not receive my dozen tortillas and my pint of refried beans was literally just cooked pinto beans.

Staff and service was good. The food was served on cold plates, none of the items tasted freshly made, and the menudo was luke warm. Overall, the food tasted bland and poorly seasoned. Even the tortillas in the warmer were cold. Maybe I’m spoiled when it comes to Mexican food but I probably won’t be back. It’s a shame because I wanted to like this place and support a local business.
