Came to my favorite restaurant in the whole world tonight... We had a an amazing server named I-Sack. Very friendly, courteous, and attentive. Great Service when it came to making sure we had everything. Checking that the food was good. Went out of his way if there was anything extra needs or we had questions. Definitely the best service we have ever had there. And we always get great service at this particular Texas Roadhouse. I would give him 5 stars ?????
These guys are solid. Hot yummy consistent food every time, and incredible service. Our go to dining experience in Cheyenne for the reasons above! If Drew is serving, ask for him. Great energy!
We have been here multiple times. I don't recall a time that I have ever had service that was less than good. The food has always been good. Make sure you call ahead or sign up for a time on their app!
One of the nicest Texas Roadhouse Restaurants I have ever visited. Our server, Daisy was awesome. Service was quick, and the food delicious. I noticed that all of the tables were sanitized between each use. The Early Dine special is SUCH a great deal. Each entree comes with two sides.
enjoy the chain and know what I will get. The only thing that changes is the service. Tyler was excellent. Prompt, friendly and helpful. Tried to upsell but wasn't pushy. Checked on us constantly even though he had 4 or 5 tables. Food was excellent and came out fast. Were in town to buy a house and will be moving here from CALIFORNIA tjis summer. Went here on 02/27. The service was absolutely awful... We had three different waitresses. The first one I had to actually tell her we were ready to order after sitting there with our menus for some time. We finally got our orders in and we sat there for like 40 minutes at least waiting for our food with our 4 year old. Only for a different person to bring us our food. And then while we were eating we were told that our first waitress went home early for some reason and she was our new waitress that was taking care of us. Alright... so was the reason it took so long to get our food was because it was sitting under the hot lamp or something for awhile because our original waitress left? The plates were very hot when our food came out which leads me to suspect they warmed them in the microwave because out food was probably cold. Everything was cooked to perfection though the way we like it, so I added a star for that. I just.. I don't know. Worst experience in waitresses. We didn't even know how much to tip or who to tip by the end of the meal. Lucky we even gave a tip. Oh and they were out of my husbands favorite mushrooms! :(
