My local TJ! Can get busy at times and freshly made food may be a little timely with a large, specialized order. For the most part consistent service and quality. I do check my order before driving off, just in case.
The tacos were hot and I didn't wait in drive thru very long Good night it was.
Worst customer service ever. I Walk in and everyone is standing around stuffing their faces. Floors a mess. They see me and it still takes about 5 minutes before someone helps. Had a special order and there wasn't very many tomatoes even though I had substituted another item for more. Talk to manager and he said the portions were correct and blew me off. By the time I got home, everything was cold.
Went through the drive thru and placed my order but they gave me the wrong thing. Also, the lady who took my order was very rude and rushed through my order as well. 10 out of 10 dont recommend as well as their grilled chicken burritos i dont recommend. Will never come here again.
Asked for chicken got beef. This place needs to shut down it was fresh at first but now they struggle getting workers and end up costing you time and money you may not have at the moment.
Arrived at this Taco Johns at 10:50am knowing that they served breakfast until 11am. Tried ordering breakfast but was told they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. I mentioned that their sign advertised that they served breakfast until 11am. Was told their manager just simply decided they didn’t want to serve breakfast until 11am anymore. I went to the next nearest Taco Johns, arrived at 10:58am and was thankful they served me breakfast as advertised.
We waited in line for 20 minutes our food was cold and the order was completely wrong. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. They need to fire all their employees and get new employees and train them properly.
I really wanted to give my meal and experience 5 stars. but i Just couldnt.I had recently seen the commercials for the new 5,10, and 20 chicken tenders. My hotel room has a relatively small television, and I remember seeing the tenders for the first time and saying "wow" that is a good deal, even for the 5 piece.NO.I got the 10 piece thinking it would afford me dinner AND lunch for the next day. HELL no! These tenders are super tiny! Not only that, but they were kind of dried out (though i did stop by on a sunday at 130pm)....either way..something so new should not be feeling like you got vambummeled.You want good chicken tenders? DONT GO HERE.+++cant speak for other food they sell here.Plus one star for....well the service was ridiculous slow....10 minutes ata drive through.....but the cashier/drive thru lady was nice so plus one???
The food is okay what you would expect for fast food.
