I stopped by here hoping to have a quick meal from a restaurant that’s at least a little different from what I have back home. It took more than half an hour to get two items from the value menu prepared even though there was hardly anyone else in the store when I arrived. The staff were constantly arguing with each other and seemed poorly managed. Avoid here at all costs.
Placed 2 orders here in one day which they were both incorrect. First order inside I pointed out order was incorrect and charged for items I did not order and was told they can't take items back replace with something different or refund. She said sorry you have already paid, is what it is. The items I was charged for went in the trash. So, make sure you are very clear when you order here and have them repeat it back to you before you pay. So, place another order to get what I actually ordered the first time, and that order was also incorrect. but like she said it is what it is. What normally cost around 30 Dollars cost me 50 dollars. At least the Manager did call and apologize for the mistakes, which I suppose is better than nothing.
Messed up My order back to back in one day. They were having a tough time and wait was much longer then normal.
Thier breakfast burritos are wonderful! And very reasonably priced. This particular location has always had the most polite people too
Every time I go to Taco John's they get my order wrong. I have always loved Taco John's food but really guys, get it together

Love taco John's! It's been my favorite fast food restaurant since I was s little kid. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc I wish there was a value menu , u can't eat here cheap ?
Service was great and fast. Quality was as good as expected. Price is still reasonable considering the ongoing inflation pressure. Will continue to visit this establishment.
This was my first visit to a Taco Johns and I will be back. Breakfast was tasty. staff friendly and attentive.
Love this establishment. I now live out of Wyoming state, and I want a one opened from where I'm from. Always a stop when in Wyoming.
