Pico in cups bacterial growth uggg! this location has really gone downhill
This is one of my main places to eat cause I love the tacos they have there, and I always seem to get the same

Stop the other afternoon on my way home from work for a quick snack - tried the new chicken tenders - they were dry and hard - couldn't even bite thru one - threw them away - won't do this again
Store manager was super rude food was cold I had a burrito that was incorrectly made with items I asked not to be on my burrito would recommend a different store to go to
Great food and a kind employee who was extra helpful! (Funny enough he had a taco bell sleeve tattoo but made me fall in love with Taco John's on our first visit!)
This was the worst experience at any Taco John's I've ever had. I would highly encourage anyone in Cheyenne to choose any location other than Carey Ave. I will say corporate tried to call me. Didn't leave a message but I had no interest after waiting a day for a response.
I went through the drive thru at 11 am(11-04-2021) and could see someone standing inside but they would not open the window to let me know they were closed due to a lack of staff. I went again the following day and asked to speak to a manager (Shelby) and explained what happened and his response was "what do you want me to do about it". Not very professional to say the least, Ill NEVER go to that store again and wont patronize this business as much as I have in the past. @ 4-5 times a week, Taco Bell here I come.
Can't even eat here anymore. Drive through line always to the street, can't go inside or you'll be ignored. If you want to spend an hour waiting for poor food with when worse customer service this is your place!
