My family came to Cheyenne Wyoming to visit family and we wanted to stop at taco John’s off college drive in Cheyenne. The service and food was great as always. We would love to have a taco John’s where we live in Sulphur springs Texas.
Just close the EDGERTON WI location! They advertise they are open until 10pm but they always refuse to serve people as early as 6pm. The employees just start closing whenever they want and it is very frustrating driving off a highway and deciding to try taco John’s. We have tried to stop here 3 times in 6 months every time the employees are fighting in the back room and yelling that they are closed. You should pull this franchise!

I don't like to complain about fast food, I worked it for 5 years so I'm pretty good at understanding sometimes you have to wait for stuff. But I just sat in taco johns drive thru in spencer iowa for 23 minutes.. When I got to the speaker they asked if I could hold on a minute so that's fine, then 4 minutes later when they finally took my order they were laughing... So that kind of annoyed me. Then I sit behind a truck for 14 minutes who ended up driving off. Then I got to the window the employees were standing there laughing finally got cashed out got my order. I ordered a soft shell taco with a small potato Ole's with a side of cheese. Guess what was in the bag? A small potato ole dumped over in the bag with 2 napkins. I will not be back. Ever. I'm so annoyed.
Went thru the drive thru in Minot, ND on 24th Feb @6:21 pm. Ordered a #4taco bravo meal and stuffed grilled taco. The order took quite a long time. The worker apologized for taking so long but then failed to give my drink. The drive thru was packed with car by then so I wasn't about to sit thru another wait or go in. Kind of defeats the purpose of a drive thru. Doesn't do any good to complain to cooperate since they just refer the complaint to the manager who have zero managerial skills.
The people are very nice here.

Taco johns in bradley il, is rediculous. The employees are rude as ever and theres no problem saying "IGHT SUMTIN ELSE? Really?? Then our fork... No fork... Ever.... We knew this and were upset that we didnt bring one.... Therfore kids eating with hands for super potato oles.... Husband says foods cold..... I say maybe its just the toppings..... Then im here... At the hospital.... For what?? FOOD POISIONING!!!! I cant even breath without throwing up....cant stand without a problem.... I dont have insurance. What did they say when i just called..... Inask to speak to the mgr. Mgr says. " who dis" Me: excuse me? You're a manager?? Mgr: "oh sh... Oh my bad what can i do for you?" Me: i explain Mgr: welll there aint nottin i can do. Da is fo somebody higher den me. Me: excuse me? Ok..... Lawyer anyone..... All i wanted was an apology and my money back.... Now i want this hospital stay, missed work, an apology, and my money back. The main lady there is named mandy. Her boss is karen. Then its alex....
Completely forgot one of our meals, again. We never get everything we ordered. Service is bad.
