We went through the drive through on a busy Friday afternoon. Service was fast, employees were friendly. No problems with our order and the food was delicious.
Food was accurate, excellent taste and staff was friendly with quick service!
Very slow service, waited about 20+ minutes to get 3 tacos....not sure if they were understaffed or just slow as turtles....seemed like they were just more slow as turtles than anything ?
Asked & Paid for extra beef. Barely got meat, let alone extra.Typical Chain worried about millions CEO's & stock holders, Not customer quality or quantity.
I'd like to say that the older gentleman Doug at the cash register is the sweetest man! Also the lovely tall young lady on the line who made my three cheesy bean and rice burritos was very kind as well! In and our in less than 6 minutes and with smiles and kind heartedness! That's way above expectation. I love it.
The employees only care about drive-thru, consistently putting mobile orders and dine in orders at the end of their priority chart
So much for a brand new building. They completely messed up my order through the drive-thru. I was clear ordering my food but they still gave me the wrong tacos. Also, the tacos were the most pitiful tacos I’ve ever seen.
The place is filled with angry and frustrated people waiting for there food. We’ve been sitting here for at least 30 minutes waiting for our food. They haven’t even recognize our presence. There have been several orders that had ordered after us that have gotten there food before we have. While sitting here, I’ve seen an employee walk in, see the disaster and walk right out. I’ve also seen another employee I think they go by Kyle, say “ I’m done with this place” and leave his staff to fend for themselves. I feel bad for the staff left. This establishment is completely unprofessional and unorganized.
Kyle at Dell Range store was Ah-mazing. And we are 100000% satisfied. Created an online order and it went to the wrong location. He fixed it for us and was extremely helpful
Took 30 minutes in the drive through and they messed up my order! Very disappointed in this Taco Bell location!
