Owners need to consider just shutting doors on this location, they suck, tried to call management for over 4hours of busy tone. Other location in town does adequate, but splendid compared. Watch out food from here, very low quality. Bad representation of taco bell, so if you're stuck in Cheyenne and want taco bell, go to Dell range ? maybe.
Normally don't have too many issues with this place except the occasional we don't have that soda in stock which tends to happen no biggie to me. Today I ordered a nacho fry box with a Doritos taco which they charge extra for but instead got a regular taco drive thru order and the last thing I opened in my meal. I called the phone rang and rang and then eventually said line busy kept calling and calling but now all of a sudden the line is busy everytime. Driving over would cost me more than the taco is worth considering I drive a V8 but at least answer the phone take down my name for a later convenience to correct the issue.
If I could give less stars I would. Employees are disrespectful as can be. The workspace if absolutely disgusting. One of the employees called an order up saying “order for a immature child”. Absolutely ridiculous.
Quick cheap trip. Order online for carry out - ended up waiting for a bit when I arrived. Staff were pleasant, but store was relatively dirty.

I honestly rated it ONE STAR THANKS TO THE VERY RUDE GIRL TAKING ORDERS OVER THE MIC IN DRIVE THRU!!!!! I was the only car in drive thru!! LITTLE GIRL YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT !! You do not understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! YOUR BRATTY AND SNOTTY! YOU WERE RUDE FROM THE START, rush someone EVERY 15 SECSONDS because I had 4 orders of you $5 box which is CLEARLY POSTED on the MENU and you NO LONGER CARRY IT!!
This is suppose to be a supreme chalupa. You can barely see the meat. My supreme taco looks just as sad. Very disappointed with our lunch today.
This is Taco Bell so not fine dining but the employees are always super friendly and I've never gotten sick from this location (have at others) so 4 stars.
Food is great but the workers always seem absent-minded. New workers struggle to take orders and ALL workers have a knack for leaving out pieces of your order; I've been a regular here for years because I love Taco Bell but though the workers change this problem remains. Tip: go inside to order. It's usually the drive-thru staff that forget part of my order and I always have everything order inside.
