Arrived 10 minutes to 5pm, meeting 2 friends there at 5. While waiting for friends I used bathroom. When I returned to counter, no one else was in store front but me and 2 workers, they ask which bathroom I used. Confused I said Men's and then ask which one I was supposed to used. They said men's and the male employee went to clean it. The female employee was making a hand made sign with a black marker and on a 8 1/2 × 11 white paper. 1 sign said bathrooms closed and the other sign said dining room closed. I ask what the signs were for and she replied, " we close at 7pm and we don't want to have to clean them again". Wow. The signs were taped to yellow wet floor cones, placed in the center on the entry to the dining area. My friends showed up, Subway was good and all 3 of us sat at a high top table for 2 and ate. Everyone else that come in had no choice but to leave and eat elsewhere.
Rude .... they made my order wrong then . Was vary Rude about fixing it. There are plenty of other subways in town I would recommend and one other then this one

Sandwiches are good but they literally always out of multiple things. Today no rotisserie chicken, no guac prepared, no subway drinks empty veggie trays, no large lids. Bless all them employees cause I don't know what the deal was but I'm probably not pullin up to this joint ever again lol.
After dealing with two employees who seemed more interested in tweaking out than to make a sandwich they finished off the terrible experience with “wrapping” this wrap up. After arguing about what we wanted to put on our sandwiches and forgetting what we ordered so we could pay and leave (even though we were the only customers in there) they topped it off with walking away before even giving us our drink cups. This is the second time I’ve been treated poorly in the last couple weeks there and I would rather drive across town than to give them any time. Especially when they prioritize online orders over helping customers in the store. If I could give this no stars I would. Equivalent to the amount of able bodied workers in this location.
just waited for over 30 minutes for one sandwich. worst customer service and the training sucks. will not be back.
Good food but the staff can be a bit draining to talk to.

Employees were great at their job, happy to help with kids make good Tasty decisions on something new to try. Shop was clean & inviting.
Thanks for the good sandwich and it's nice the employees know you by name. Not many places do anymore good customer service!?
