ZERO STARS. OUT OF MIST COMMON BREAD FOR LUNCH TIME. Order through doordash and you always get a call for they don't have it, it's gonna be over an hour wait for bread, or some other story.
My 16 year old son was an employee who was treated with more cruelty and disrespect than I have ever seen in any other store! Plus I can't even get a formal letter of complaint to the owner of this store. I did not want to publicly comment but this is our only recourse. Please protect your minor children and do not let me work here as it is extremely dangerous to their mental health! Wow just Wow you all don't even know how poorly he was treated. If the own wants to contact me personally I will go into detail.
made a pickup order because the website says this location closes at 9 pm. we got there to pick it up at 5:45 pm. both the lobby’s doors were locked and no employees were up front. had to go through the drive thru and ask for help because we saw our order sitting in the lobby. employee working the drive thru was very short and rude and gave no explanation as to why the lobby doors were locked.
Jala was great. Super hard working. Only worker that was there and there was about 10 people inside and 10 in the drive thru and she was doing it all herself. Def deserves a raise

We placed our order on the drive thru kiosk machine. You literally have a computer that tells you exactly what to make on which sandwich and you still messed up the order.Bravo ?♂️
