I ordered lunch for the office from this location. My order was chicken bacon ranch salad. When I got back to the office there was no chicken or bacon on my salad. I reached out via email and received a response from manager Ashley on 7/21/2021 requesting my address so she could make it right by sending coupons for my troubles. I emailed her again 7/29 letting her know I didn't receive anything, no response. I emailed her again 8/30 and still no response. Poor customer service!
Food is ok, but the workers attitudes are far from being what I consider customer friendly. Twice we have gone and twice the same guy and his attitude is indicating he isn't wanting customers there. An other employee was there but she hid in the office as this guy continued to get busy. You want tips on top of $11 an hour? You need a BETTER attitude.
Walked in and waited to be helped, couldn't see nor hear employees or other customers. Waited a little more and left...can see why there weren't any other customers!
Can only give 1 star can't give less. First one employee was working and you could tell that he was getting frustrated with the elderly gentlemen with him rolling his eyes. When he got done and ask me what I wanted I told him and he looked at me and rolled his eyes and make some unintelligent mumble under his mask and started to walk off sounding like he was cussing under his mask. The customer behind me said did you see him roll his eyes and say something under his breath. There is no customer service here the worked was so horrible both of us left the store do to his attitude and demeanor. AVOID THIS SUBWAY IT'S HORRIBLE SERVICE IF ANY AT ALL!!!
