I was not happy with my experience. I got the wrong sandwich after being told they didn't have anything I wanted to order. It was cold and not warmed up. I am very disappointed for I have not had an experience like that with this place before. Please listen to what people are ordering and don't give them cold food on a cold day.
It’s Sunday it’s nice outside… I just wanted my iced coffee and when it gets handed to me hot and wrong I ask for it to be fixed and miss Shelby at the dell range drive thru at Starbucks is clearly having a bad day because she just rolled her eyes at me so when my friend asks for her name politely she tries to fight her in the drive thru… then says she wasn’t rolling her eyes at us but another customer… my drinks are frequently messed up here but this is the worst customer service I’ve had at any Starbucks ever
I always love this Starbucks, but this morning I waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru, only to realize when I pulled up to the window that there was no one inside. At 7:45am.
I love the Starbucks employees here.My main complaint I have is when I order pick up and have multiple drinks, the sizes I receive are always incorrect. I’ve tried calling the store to get proper compensation since I am not getting the desired size I ordered, but no one answers the phone. It’s discouraging, but sometimes I will take an extra 15 minutes and go to the Yellowstone location instead.
I needed a quick snack, but only had a few minutes to get it. Starbucks was faster than I expected. I was able to enjoy eating my food before going back to work.

Sadly, the lobby is closed, so I had to do drive thru, but it wasn't bad
