I try to avoid Starbucks as much as possible, coffee always tastes burnt
I accidentally skipped the drive through order speaker, it very busy and I could go back. I asked at the window if I could order my drink there and come inside to pick it up or if I should just go inside. The person at the window asked the teen girl on the headset and she glared at me, rolled her eyes and make a disgusted look. Normally Starbucks employees are nice I don’t know why they hired such a rude girl.
This location is closest to where I work but i LOVE the people here! Theyre always friendly and super helpful. I can always have a conversarion with the baristas even in the drive. Love these guys. Make my day whenever I go.
Very disappointed, though they were friendly during exchange I felt weird looks coming from staff members. The service was very slow and I felt an air of stress from the environment in this area, the drinks were very expensive.
I am not a huge fan of Starbucks but today I thought I’d stop and get a drunk from them. The barista who took my order was one of the nicest people I think I’ve ever spoke to. She was fun, and radiated sunshine! Even though they were busy she still took the time to talk to me about the drink I ordered and my day. Seriously she deserves a raise!!
Definitely not 30oz. I placed a mobile order while at work, and I’m bummed.
I brought in reusable cups for my daughter and I tonight, Friday 10/29/21. We ordered drinks and while the caucasian woman with long brown hair was trying to figure out the register, i pushed our cups toward her so they were easier to grab. She gets irritated and pushes them back at me. I'm not a Karen, I was truly just trying to help. She finally manages to charge me. Never says another word, grabs our cups by putting her fingers inside them and walks away. Super weird.
Staff is always friendly and on point! Short staffed but staff is doing great!

Had ordered a a quad white mocha no coffee! They argued with me! I know my coffee never going back! I have been going there since day one! This place is a joke!!!!!!!!
