This place honestly needs to be torn down. It's the most disgusting food place i have ever been to. My hands get sticky just looking at the building. Food is always messed up. They don't change their fry oil. Tonight they are overstaffed and nobody is there and i figure since i know i can't get food there i can at least get a drink. But no, overflowed sticky cups with the wrong drinks given to us from kids who are not even in uniform. I can't even tell you how much i recommend never coming here.
I came in and was EMEDIATELY welcomed in with the most positivity I've seen all year. the service was phenomaual very fast, the food was even better as it was super freshly cooked. 10/10
The burgers tasted like they had been sitting all day, the tomatoes and lettuce were soggy it had a weird taste. The fries also tasted funny the only good things were the drinks and onion rings
Too expensive too long of wait too often not getting what you order. Quality is not good dirty. Tried numerous times just not good that's really too bad

Just a helpful hint to the management here. You already have a terrible review score on Google. To gain customer favor, you need go above and beyond. You were out of medium cups. No problem. But to tell me I have to pay for a large, when I ordered a medium, is just poor management. You upgrade the customer for free and apologize that you don't have the size the customer wanted. I feel bad for the poor drive thru gal that had to deliver this message to customers. Add on the fact that we were there for more than 30 minutes and the food wasn't great. And the lady who handed us our food said she was "just helping out. " Was I just served by someone who isn't even employed here? Until there is new management, I won't be back.
Your curbside is slow and very rude customers serviceNever going back. Hire people that have good customers service and enjoy working. Jobs are hard to come by.
Terrible service they were unprofessional and take forever. I waited 30 minutes for a simple soda….. I would also like to mention that I was the only one at sonic and I was waiting for a whole 30 MINUTES! So unprofessional. I probably spent more money in gas waiting then I did for the drink I ordered.
I've been trying for 3 months to order from the drive thru and no one ever answers to take my order and all of the drive thru booths are "broken" all year round or so they say ( I think they just don't want to take anyone's orders bc lazy) it really sucks because Sonic is my favorite food but with the family they have running it it went downhill please Corporate get us some good customer service oriented people to run this Sonic!!!
A typical sonic. Good food, this one is not as busy as most.They were quick!Just one person lost it and broke one of the drive in screens.Other than that their seating area is huge and nobody wants to use it. God bless Wyoming
