While pleasant, the staff was super slow. It took over 10 minutes to get a drink. A drink with nothing added. Just a single drink. Wow..The property also appears to be poorly maintained.
I think maybe the drive through speaker needs replaced? Because more than half the time we go here our order is WRONG lol. And literally all we ever get are diet cherry limeades. Last time we mistakenly got regulars instead of diet and my husbands blood sugar went psycho. Then today we def just got what was just cherry 7up.. there’s not even a sliced like like usual. It’s just not really worth it anymore. Sorry!
Long waits, and exact change confuses them. Sometimes App does not work for this location. Many times, have had to drive across town to Del Range location.
1 pm on a Monday and “we forgot to turn on our ice cream machine this morning…”. So I didn’t get what I came for. I should have passed on the whole thing, as the coney dog was just average. The fries here and nation wide always under impress me too. It’s been years since I tried a Sonic. See you in 2026
Nobody works here anymore they had 2 people working amd we waited in line for 20 min thats not fast food and that was before we orderd but all togeather food was fine
Drove up and pushed the order button multiple times, the screen said someone would take my order moments, and waited more than five minutes before going into the drive thru and being told car hop service was closed. It would have been nice if there was a sign. Food was okay, but the experience wasn't great
The few times I have been here, service has been terrible and wait times are crazy long. All the Sonics in town are run by neighbors kids it seems and they do not care about their jobs. I have also heard of several people gettin their credit card information stolen from this location specifically. Will not be buying overpriced frozen food from here again.
Pulled up at 7:45 PM just to get a drink, and his Sonic closes at 8 PM, so I thought I'd be all clear to order.Nope. Instead, I am completely ignored in the drive thru, and after I asked if they were closing early they just shut the outside lights off and still said nothing. SUPER RUDE.
Service was very slow! Ordering stalls were closed, so the drive thru was the only option. We waited behind another vehicle for nearly 10 minutes. We then proceeded to sit and wait for 8 minutes to receive our order. I am a frequent sonic customer and usually enjoy my experiences. I was traveling through the area, so I am unsure whether this type of service is normal at this location, but I definitely was unimpressed by the service at this specific location.
Bread kinda stale and hard. It was put together sloppily. Which is hard to eat neatly in a car. Was surprised by the lack of quality. Have been very up on their food lately. Actually surprised as WY. we've found to have better customer service then CO. Not on this occasion, disappointed maybe they had a bad day. I'm willing to go back, I know it will be better.
