This place has always been a staple. Though the mall is struggling, this restaurant alone can draw a crowd. Flavor is great! Portion sizes are great! Staff is very friendly. This has always been a favorite choice and will continue to be. Nothing but love.
This has been one of my absolute favorite places to eat for as long as I can remember in the 25 years of being alive. Would come here weekly and even worked in the mall and would always be my lunch. Now, it's still bomb but ever since Guy left the food has been lacking in taste and the environment doesn't feel as homely anymore. I've eaten more burgers here than anywhere but today it tastes like I had flour on my burger after every bite. I've never had a bad meal here from my memories until now :( ... What takes 1 man to do now takes 3-4 people to do but worse, makes no sense! Will always be one of my favorites but sadly won't ever be on the same level as before..
Gyro meal is the best. Fresh fries with some vinegar are a go to staple here. They have been consistently good for years.
I'm only giving this place one extra star because the service was so wonderful. Everybody was very friendly. I ordered the falafel sandwich. The tzatziki sauce was quite good but the rest of the sandwich was a complete waste. First it was poorly wrapped and very difficult to eat because of it. Second there was way too much lettuce and tomato and that overpowered the entire sandwich. Might I suggest instead of cucumber that you use pickles? The Falafel was practically nonexistent. I think I counted three pieces in the entire sandwich. However if you're looking for a quick bite to eat while you're in the mall at least it's a better option than just your standard burger joint.
They made to many mistakes on my order for me to ever return. I questioned their mistakes and I was treated in a threatening manner by the employees withy fowl languange. Frontier mall needs to close this store. BTW, renzios, did you pay for all of the bogus positive reviews? Many of them are so transparent a child could see through them.
if you ever have a issue or question, best of luck you might get kicked out for asking for a 9.00$ refund? very un-professional, will cuss at customers, and gets worked up if you ever rush them so be PATIENT!!! don't even ask for a wait time that's rushing them... Great food, terrible staff
I e always loved renzio's by far the best restaurant in the mall, and it has always had fresh food, and u can always get some different meals depending on what u want or what sounds good
One of my favorite places in Cheyenne. Ordered through Doordash and for my first disappointment from them. We ordered two gyro meals with fries and drinks and one gyro with extra sauce and a spankopita. Didn't receive the drinks we paid for. Didn't get my extra sauce and had no tomatoes or onion on my gyro. It's like they just didn't care about what we paid for or any special requests. Very disappointing!
They're food is always delicious! I tried the baklava again for the first time in a long time and its still so delicious and authentic. I always recommend their food and the employees are so fun and Guy is such a good humored human being.
I really like their food and I order it a lot, but today may be the last time. They constantly get the order wrong. I usually just let it go, but I was missing too much of the order today, it was late by half an hour (doordash), had cheese on the burger when I asked for no cheese, didn’t include ketchup nor ranch. I only gave an extra star because they do have good food when it’s right, too bad that is 10% of the time.
