Me and my crew are came in around 8'ish and sat at the bar, I got a response from the bar tender that she's closing out, that someone else will serve us, me and my two brothers, okay I guess it was the manager who came to our rescue, she was so polite and very professional, she didn't look like we were a bother, she stood by our side and help us very well ☺️ never said anything about closing, just add would you like dessert ? all I can say is she was awesome in customer service. We will return, we're from Houston, Texas and just here working at the oil field for a few months and you can bet will come again and again because the food was yummmmy and freshly made bread ? on request, WOW couldn't get any better than her wonderful ? service.
Very disappointed with our experience with our local Red Lobster! We not only waited for our takeout order for over 35 minutes, it was cold and our order was wrong. Several staff members walked right past us in the lobby, saying nothing. Another staff member was laying in the booth, nap time I guess. For being one of the few seafood restaurants in this area, my suggestion would be to drive to Colorado. Come on Cheyenne, you need to do better!!

My grandsons steak was ordered well done. Came blood red. Waitress apologized and took it back to be properly cooked which I was totally fine with. She offered a free dessert butit wasn't necessary. It came back the same way. At that point I asked for the manager. Everyone was done eating by the time she came by. It wasn't busy. She said the best she could do is take off 10%. She wasn't too concerned about it.Her apology was the most insincere I've heard.
The people were nice when I went in to pickup a delivery order but I could not believe that they really had a tank of live lobsters for people to eat and the sign on their very sad tank bragged about how they were wild caught. To each their own but I will NEVER be a patron of this establishment. Sorry not sorry.
Our server was nice and attentive...the food sadly wasn't good. I know I may have high expectations with family from New England, but I've had Red Lobster in other places like Utah and either their quality has gone way down or this place in particular just isn't good. The fish was over breaded/over cooked (chewy rather then flaky), lobster bisque was way to salty, and even the salad wasn't very good (just iceberg lettuce with some chopped tomatoes). The shrimp was pretty good though. Oh well, guess I'll have to travel to the coast if I want seafood. I will say the cheddar biscuits are always good here though.
Gaberial was very pleasant! Calming attitude yet attentive. Funny but professional.Our food was great, as well! Can't get enough of those biscuits!
We had ordered a date night pack.. we received our steaks, and noticed they were under cooked.we asked for new ones and the steaks came back hard on top and still raw .. we were super disappointed and upset. we had margaritas and they were pretty gross one was way to strong, the other one didn't have any alcohol in it.. to pay full time for that way absolutely upsetting ..
Started off nice. My wife's baked potato wasn't correct. The steak was undercooked. Sent it back 3 times. Server didn't hang around to figure out if it was okay. Super long wait times on shrimp refills. Waitress did the best she could with what she was working with. She only forgot a few things. Kitchen seemed super slow.
I haven't been to a Red Lobster in 16+ years and it's still good! The food was fresh and yummy, the menu was current, restaurant was clean and service was good! Nothing more to say - I'd go back! I usually don't eat at chains when traveling but nothing else appealed to me and I had previous good experiences with Red Lobster in other states - we were not disappointed1 Highly recommend.
