We went in to pick up lunch. We each had the queso chicken bowl. We each got exactly what we wanted on our bowl, and it was delicious!!! And the best part?? We were in and out of the store with exactly what we wanted in less than 10 minutes! It was still hot when we got home with it. I highly recommend this store!
There was only two other people in the restaurant. Took quite to get service they kept having their conversation and looked at us like we were an inconvenience. Rushed through the line and stared at us waiting to pay but they didn't total it and ignored me when I was trying to get their attention. All the tables had food on them or booths were ripped up. The drink dispenser was out of everything but coke and that even tasted off. My boyfriend got his quesadilla and it was falling apart and burnt. He got that remade by a different person. When he was waiting for his food I found 3 long blond hairs in my bowl. I gave up on my food from here. The experiences at a qudoba
Havent had doba since I moved back to cheyenne... this trip reminds me why. First bite just the most disgusting burnt chicken taste. Trying to cover up the taste with what little queso blobs i have in my burrito. They just scrape the burnt stuff from the grill into the chicken? Or even scrape the grill?
This QDoba is disappointing. I’ve NEVER had fully cooked rice at this location & I’ve eaten here over five times. I crunch half cooked rice the whole meal. Go to the one on Pershing.
We eat here occasionally, and normally the staff is very friendly and the facilities are well cared for and the food is good. But unfortunately I can't rate much higher than two stars because the staff have recently taken a turn for the not caring. I recently witnessed a staff member pour rice into her mouth while preparing another person's meal and then not change gloves to continue preparing food. Not to say that it might not be that they're overworked, but that is definitely against health and food codes, and that's not the only food code violation I've seen while there
I spent $120.00 on the new taco kit see below what it looks like on their website. We ordered steak and the pan with the meat was not even to halfway filled. We had 7 people and only 5 people had meat. I have at least 30 tortillas left and a lot of the fixings. I feel so ripped off the amount of food we received was not worth $120.00
This location is awesome! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the food is fresh, and the lobby is always clean.
Service and food quality are always great. Even when they are busier the line moves quick!
