WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! They refuse to answer their phone, and then when you get the call center the call center is no help. If I'm going to order pizza I want to talk to the store not some call center located who knows where!! I guess because the people at the store refuse to answer the phone, or just don't care, Pizza Hut has lost me as a customer. I will not recommend Pizza Hut to anybody I know.... at least not in Cheyenne Wyoming!
I was a walk in and ordered a medium pepperoni lovers pan pizza to go, I get home and go to bite into my first slice and the smell of peppers is overwhelming. I start looking at the pizza and see all these spicy red peppers on it. I am allergic to peppers, I can't eat this thing. I call up pizza hut to try to get it fixed and am told that because I was a walk in there is really nothing they can do besides leave a note for another manager for when I want another pizza and the fact that I live 30 miles away they can not send a pizza out to me. So now I am hungry and out $17. But what great customer service.
I'd give 0 if I could!! Order food, wait an hour to find out THEY CANCELED THE ORDER!!! No reason, not caring enough to ask. since you don't care about customers, I hope you go under and don't expect me to care!
I ordered a timed order online. Ordering and delivery driver were both great! I received my order and one of my pizzas was missing a topping. Not a huge deal but considering I paid extra for it I was disappointed. So I tried to call the store. Tell my situation to the person and she says she needs to transfer me to the store because it's the call center. Get another person and explain again, he says let me transfer you to the manager. Get another person and ask if it's the manager she says no let me transfer you, then puts me on hold and hangs up on me. So I call back and ask for a manager in the store thinking I wouldn't go through "the call center" again, nope I was wrong. Get another lady and asked if she was a manager, she said no but that she could transfer me. I said no I have been transferred too many times and hung up on. So she took my name and number and sent a message to her supervisor for the store to call me back. Yeah I highly doubt that will happen. So if you order from here you'll get your food, but let's hope you don't have an issue you need to talk to someone about because they will not answer! After I left this review my fiancé called the store and started to tell the story and was immediately put on hold then hung up on. The guy who answered didn't even say anything to him.
This delivery was nearly perfect, fast, made correctly, and hot. The driver however forgot our plates and napkins. My experiences with this location have been sporadic, at best. This particular visit was excellent.
This place has officially lost my business. They botched my order in December and offered me a credit in lieu of remaking my pie. When I called to use the credit, I found out it was for only $5, essentially saving me about a dollar with taxes and fees off of the price of the pizza I’d ordered in December. They have CLEARLY shown me how much they value people’s time and money.
We ordered a supreme pizza. There was hardly any meat on this pizza. On my first slice I had one piece of pork and a couple pepperoni. It was mostly veggies
Pizza is consistently very good here. It is our go-to pizza place.

We ordered a large meat lovers pizza and a meat lovers phone. The pizza was good but the p'zone was a joke! It was about a quarter inch thick with maybe 3 pieces of meat in it! I can't believe I basically paid for a folded over cheesy crust! Very disappointed in this and the store for serving it. Probably find somewhere else to order from and not get ripped off!
