I went in early and my pizza was not quite ready. The manager apologized. The tension was quite high in the store as they were being slammed by orders. There was an employee that was working and stopped for a moment to speak with her children. The restaurant was empty as they were not offering dine in. The mom was dedicated enough to show up to work regardless and the manager was smart enough to honor her work by making the best of it. Again tension was high but they were all doing an amazing job. My kids and I enjoyed the pizza, it's pizza so what's not to like but they stated how good it tasted. I wasn't able to get names but good job everyone.

We came in for two personal pan pizzas. M son was wanting breadsticks and I said no. However the general manager put some in for us. On the house. Very nice customer service. The place is sparkling clean. A lot of work was done to insure its cleanliness. Hasn’t looked good for many years. We look forward to dinning in at this location in the future

What a disaster. Ordered 1 hour 40 minutes ago. Can't call into store. Transfers to highly accented international order taker. If you try the option to have concerns...it goes to a voice-mail box that hasn't been set up. So, call the regular order line they kick you to a national customer service line. They don't handle any stores in Wyoming. They give you the original number. Take two...all over again. Now almost 2 hours. Card charged. No food. The worst tech and service I have ever had. Sad, because my kids love the food. This is 2022, people. Get your crap together.

Can't give review as never received order. 5 phone calls later (you have to keep calling back when they transfer you to an extension they doesn't have voice mail set up). Now to go about disputing 50.00 charge on card.

Pizza was cold. Crust tasted like a piece of cardboard. The pizza was dry, no sauce. Just disgusting. Crust tasted old. Ended up in garbage. Had cereal for dinner. Even the wings were cold only heat came from sauce on wings. Will not order again.

The Cheyenne-Yellowstone location is not the greatest at curbside take out. Which is the only other option, you cannot dine in and the delivery fee is expensive. So, I went with takeout. However, when you pull up it says to call and let them know you have arrived. I had to call 3 times, no answer. About 10 minutes later, after ringing the doorbell some lady came out with my food. She said, "I saw that you called." Well, duh, I did what your directions said to do and no one answered. I can understand the staffing shortage, but the least they could do was answer and let me know it would be a minute.

This place has become a joke. Nobody answers the phone. Put in a pickup order online. Sat in the parking lot for 40 min because the doors were locked. Again, Noone answers the phone. Couldn't get anyone to come to the door. A delivery driver shows up. As I walk across the lot to ask if he can check on my order, he closes the door, locks it and walks inside while I am standing 2 feet from him. All of this at about 2pm, so it's not like I showed up as they were closing. I guess they can let our pizzas sit there and rot because we won't be coming back.

The pizza and wings were great.

Awesome pizza with fast delivery service!

More of the hamburger topping and the fiesta chicken pizza was kind of messy looking but was delicious.
