Sign says “Open until 8 pm”, “Open” sign lit, but store is closed by 6:50pm, and they don’t answer their phone when calling to place an order, or to see if they ran out of dough. Please at least post updated hours and turn your sign off. This use to be my favorite place to purchase pizza in Cheyenne. I understand staffing shortages and supply issues however every day is a guessing game with this location.
For a manager to call out the local public the way this manager does i would avoid this location at all cost. Do not eat here and do not apply for a job here. No apologies and not shame. I hope corporate sees this.
Ordered online when I got there at the appropriate time they hadn't even started it because they were out of product didn't bother to call me to say that
Quick and polite service, and the prices are very good on the pizzas.
Used their online order system, paid and got to the store to be told they didn't have what I ordered, that's fine. Problem is they didn't refund what they didn't deliver. Don't go hear if you value your money.
Horrible experience and I tried calling the store and waited 20 mins on the line for them to hang up on me. Called again and was told that I need to learn to order online when I was wanting answer to a question. Very unprofessional and disrespectful place.
Something needs to be done about the night manager the last two times I have gone there, she has been VERY disrespectful to the employees and yells at them if they don’t move fast enough, very u professional to be done in general but in front of customers it’s appalling
When my family first relocated here, I would have never given this business a 1 star rating, heck it would have been hard to give it anything but a 5 star. But in the last year, the business has literally become a ghost town and I wonder if the owner truly cares? Being the only take n’ bake in Cheyenne, you would think they would do there best to remain open!
Even after being assured my pizzas were made as ordered, they continually make them wrong. I pay extra for toppings I don't get. They don't answer their phone. Terrible service from people who simply don't care.
Ordered by phone,the pizza was ready. Got home cooked it and was good. Goid food u can use food stamps on
