What appears to be the manager I believe his name was Mark or Mike was really helpful. I tried that new Papadias Cheesesteak and it was awesome. Actually my first time ever at Papa Johns. I will return. Thanks guys.

We ordered our pizza at 4:44… it was supposed to take 30-45 minutes. We received someone else’s order about an hour ago. When I realized, I called the store and they said they’d send it “right over.” Nearly 3hours later and haven’t received our pizza! Took forever last time too, I won’t be ordering again.
Ordered pizza for delivery with an estimated wait time for 1 hour, no big deal. Wait time comes around and then additional 30 minute wait for the driver to show, he never shows, and on top of that, he then no notice cancels the order, no notification was made, just happened to notice it when checking the tracker. Would not recommend now that they have switched to DoorDash for delivery.
Ordered the New York Style pizza and 8 chipotle bbq wings. Pizza was no different than a normal cheese pizza, yet wings had a great flavor, just tiny.
Great customer service! I called the day after Christmas and the gentleman I spoke to was super friendly and courteous on the phone. The delivery driver was super nice as well. He even went over the order with my husband who answered the door before he left to make sure it was correct! Thanks for the great service and pizza. A well deserved 5 stars
We waited over an hour for our pizza. The delivery driver said it was because they messed up the pizza 3 times and his coworkers were fighting and almost got into a fist fight. The pizza tasted weird. I don't even know how to describe it. It tasted almost like the weird pizza we got on Fridays in elementary school back in the 90s. Like it was good because you didn't know better. It seemed pointless to call the store.
Had a mess up on my pizza. The mgr. took care of it. Thank-you to him.
The first pizza they sent out was cold and not sliced. I called and spoke the manager named Mike, he was very professional and quick to make and send out a fresh pizza. Both delivery drivers were also very kind and professional. I was amazed at the outstanding customer service, they went above and beyond to make the order right for me. I will definitely be doing business with them again. Thank you Mike for making it right ?
