Great experience ordering at the kiosk and wonderful food
Incredibly long wait for a bagel. Not even during a lunch rush or busy time. I’ve stood in a long line at Morts bagels and still gotten my food faster, plus better quality.
Typical Panera. Menu nothing special food was okay, service good enough and staff friendly. My big problem was that we were there during slow period and the floor was borderline filthy. Also the iced tea had definitely been sitting there a long time and tasted nasty.
Prices go up and quality and quantity went down here.For a bowl of soup the size of a cup with tons of salt now costs $7.74 this is the last time I visit Panera.
Went through the drive through this afternoon for lunch. 25 minutes sitting in any drive thru is ridiculous, especially when there are only 3 cars ahead of you. My sandwich wrapping had so much bbq sauce on it that I had to wait till I got home and could open it without getting covered in sauce. They are obviously having trouble with hiring and retaining employees.
Today my girlfriend and her friend both got Mac and cheese sandwiches and got food poisoning. Everyone in the office got something different and they are all just fine. But both girls had to pull over and puke on the way home. (It’s a 3min drive home). I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I've taken some time to calm down before reviewing. Ordered drive thru, was in line for just under 20 minutes. Was told to pull to park and wait for food. I was reluctant because 2 times previously I either waited 30 minutes, or was given the wrong food. But they were busy so I just did it. 15 min goes by and they bring me someone else's food. Another 10 minutes and they say they have lost my order. Another 15 and I finally have my order, albeit missing an item. I ended up late to work. An hour total, $50 worth of food neither my partner nor I have time to eat, and as compensation we were given cookies. Was not given a receipt. I will no longer be visiting, nor taking others to breakfast or lunch here.
Could have made sure customers can hear you call their name. Not sure how long our food was on the counter but for pre tipping almost 10 dollars, she could have assured we got our food promptly. It wasn't that busy. Very friendly though!
Here on Sunday 2:00-2:30. Many tables had not been cleared and many not wiped. Trash on floors. Throwaway counter was filled with dirty dishes as well. Really disappointing because it certainly is not typical. More guests were coming in. ..... Really too bad
Worst panera location I have ever been to. I've ordered from here several times hoping it would be different but the food is always very poorly presented and I've gotten moldy berries in my yogurt and hard stale bread.
