To start, I'm not from the area, so I can't compare it to any other Pandas or Asian restaurants around town, but my fiancee and I were in town to buy a car, got delayed twice, and eventually stuck in a town we had no desire to be in for too long. It was a very long and stressful day. We decided to go to the Walmart to get a change of clothes since we didn't expect to be there overnight, and walking out we realized we were way too tired to cook anything.We spot a Panda Express... And it's the most glorious thing we've seen all day. I couldn't tell you if it was the hunger speaking or if the cooks were just rocking it that day, but after a horrible morning and afternoon we finally had a nice moment to relax and enjoy something. This may be an odd review, but thank you Panda. This strange little experience will be burned into our memories for a long time.
I agree with a previous review that female Manger needs to work on professionalism and is NOT cut to lead the team currently, gets extremely upset in situations that aren't routine, she CAN NOT handle mistakes or errors properly with out taking it personally and getting upset like a mad child. I was told I would never be served by her, never to come to panda because she didnt like me? and her co-worker 'friends' had identical attitude. He'll I gave them a second chance to correct the order and came back to get yelled at? Nice customer service ?.
Best customer service, VERY nice employees, and Fresh excellent food!
If I could give negative stars I would. They closed dining room early (doors were locked 10 min before posted time) Waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes before being told I needed to pull forward and wait in parking lot for 10-12 more minutes. I actually politely refused to pull forward because of other reviews I have read about being "forgotten". Got screamed at by the manager (I wish I could upload the video) I seriously thought she was going to assault me.
My meal today was surprisingly delicious. Everything that I ordered tasted really good and fresh. Good job for today’s cook!
No labor shortage here. During my visit they were slammed in the drive though and inside but the lines moved quickly. Only bad thing I saw is the drive through line blocks people parked in the parking lot into their spots when the line gets long. I saw some pretty irritated people trying to leave that were blocked in. Better planning on drive through lane would be good.

Order from Uber eats. Driver was quick but panda express just sends orders out with out checking. The drink was all carbonation no flavor, food quality was terrible.
Ordered thru Uber eats. They gave no soy sauce, no napkins, the fortune cookie packages were popped open...what they did give was a very tiny amount of noodles which were dry af. Worst PE I've eaten at in the entire country.
This is hands down the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. When ordering pickup, it takes 40 minutes past your pickup time to get your food. When going through the drive thru, entrees will be out and employees are rude. I have to check my food every time because my order is consistently wrong and items are left out. It’s a shame because I love Panda’s food.
