I’d seen the reviews online about the undercooked steaks but honestly if this is the Victoria’s filet “medium” I can’t imagine what the rare is. The prime rib was excellent… in some parts. Other parts as you can see from the photos are not cooked— in fact inedible. Prime rib was “medium rare” honestly the staff is working very hard, the Sydney shrooms were perfectly cooked, better than I remember in Jacksonville, FL by miles. If the service weren’t so dang good I’d knock this review down the 3 stars. As someone who regularly gives 5 stars I’m disappointed that this chef is trying to make their customers sick with undercooked meat. Thanks for the incredible service Taylor! You were amazing and we will definitely order medium well to get medium rare!
Normally have good experience here but not this time. It's Sunday 3:20 when I sat down in the bar area there was no host or anyone up front. Normally bar area is open seating and i didn’t see any sign saying the bar seating is was not open seating anymore. I saw a few servers and the bartender no biggie. But then time pass no one came. The couple at the bar kept watching me. The manager was walking got to the second table and then turned around went back to the kitchen figured he was going to get help or bring me water cause I had nothing on table and menu closed, but im guessing he did not see me. Finally I left at 3:40 without no one coming to my table. On the way out I did let the manager know he then said he could get me some help but I was done and went to Carl's Jr., which was good. I would go back to Outback it may take a while but I know they have good food.
I have a number of food allergies making travel and eating challenging- and the owner/chef was so kind!! Came out and talked to me about my allergies and was willing to cook me a steak without any oil/spices on a clean surface, and a side of a veggie I could eat. SO hard to travel and still be able to eat and this place made my night! I came in hungry and left full- as well as treated kindly and with care. Thank you!!! First time at an outback and probably won’t be my last :-)
I do believe that lobster is overrated. Price versus the small amount of serving.
We went there about 2pm today. Two of us. It was Not busy. Waiter tended to visit with people even though we were not waited on. He was a nice person just didn't seem to ever be in a hurry.Took quite a while just to get our drinks. Took a half hour to get one appetizer. Took an hour and a half for our meal. Manager cooked and served our meal. She comped one desert and the appetizer. The meal was great. Need I say I will not go back there
Came in host looked nervous, kinda reminded me of a female version of MCR band lead singer. Stay confident you got this girl!Angel was my server, kinda cool to meet a famous YouTube who fishes! He was great and always kept me up on refills. First time watering and killed it with 15 people 2 of them was a party of 5 each.The steak was the best damn steak I had in a long time. Asked for Medium Rare and it was spot on.Do not get the mash potatoes....just get the French fries or broccoli.Or the Aussie Fries.Location was kinda weird but overall a pleasant experience. I would visit again. If I can.
Even with what seemed like a skeleton staff, we didn't have to wait very long for a table and our server was very prompt in getting our drinks and then our food orders. We never had to fight for space on the table throughout as our server was on top of getting empty dishes removed and our drinks were never empty. Of course the Blooming Onion was fantastic as always. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it didn't disappoint. I highly recommend and will be back.
Poor service, late lunch. The food was not hot. Had to ask for bread. After a 15 minute wait my wife went up and it was sitting as the server had not got around to bringing it over. And it took 1 and 3/4 hours to finally leave this place.
It's Outback, you probably know what to expect. I was a little disappointed this trip. Service was slow even with empty tables around us. We ordered our toddler's food immediately when we sat down and it took a long time to come out. Our wedge salads were yellowing and tough. My partners steak was oddly and unevenly cooked, (See photo: supposed to be medium rare and it was RARE and Well ). I'm hoping this was a one time experience, we will try again at a later date.
We came here on a Monday night to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Very light crowd, but service and quality were sub-par. Our server Angel took our order for the three if us. Then was ignored by him because the table next to us had a group of ten. Other servers had to cover for him. And then we waited an hour after we were finished eating to get our ticket. We felt as were being kept hostage.
