Had been there before but all the staff seem to have rotated out and this time was an experience not to repeat. At first we waited too long for our beers and they arrived without foam because they had just been sitting unattended. We had to ask four times yo receive waters. When our pizza arrived, it was both not the right pizza and cold. But the worst part was the waitress, who instead of offering anything to resolve it claimed that it was 'the right one and had come right out of the oven'. When we complained more explicitly the manager took it off the check, but sorry, the damage had already been done. Dismal performance. Waitress without social skills.

DO NOT EAT HERE:I ordered a Chicago style pizza thinking that it would a common Chicago style. Instead of was a glorified Little Caesars or Domino's Pizza. It was the same price as a Chicago style pizza: about $32.When I arrived and saw the pizza I mentioned that it wasn't what I ordered. I thought that Chicago style meant deep dish and red sauce on top but this had all the toppings on top of the pizza and the toppings were burnt. I picked off my toppings because I don't like burnt toppings. True Chicago style means that the toppings are underneath the cheese; in fact, common culinary sense would determine that the toppings should be underneath the cheese or what they will burn.Very disappointed.MY disappointment was even more because they didn't offer any discount, coupon or compensation for my inconvenience or for not informing me.They do have a pizza that I wanted but they call it a Detroit pizza.I probably will not even eat all the pizza because it was super greasy, hardly any sauce, and the toppings were burnt. However, the lady who received the payment for the pizza was very nice.

I absolutely love the food. It is some of the best food I've ever had in all honesty. The decor is cool, it's not usually too crowded, and they have some good variances for the bar, dining area, and outdoor seating. My biggest complaint is how long it takes. Whether I go for pickup, in which case I wait forever for the staff to come around and finally get to me, or I'm dining in and the food takes forever. The staff is very friendly, so don't get me wrong. It's just a crazy amount of waiting. The food and friendliness make up for the wait time and that's why I give them four stars.

Ordered 2 calzones one with no pepperoni and extra mushrooms and one with no red onion, extra olives and cream cheese. Both hardly had anything in them let alone extra anything. The one without onion had onion. There was no extra in either and for $1.39 for add on I condemned have thought we would of gotten an add on. They came delivered and there was no marinara sauce for either. Was the worst experience. What we received for $35 worth of money was sad.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes just to get a waiter take our order. Had to ask for menus. Food took 45 minutes to come out. We’re still waiting for our tab or anyone to come and talk with us as I type this review. Don’t come here. Hot garbage service!

Absolutely love this place! Was greated today by the lovely Alexia who graciously handed over our take out order. Due to a minor DoorDash miscommunication, I asked to speak to a manager when Alexia wasn't sure of the answer. I'm so glad I did. David was absolutely delightful, informative, and friendly. He was even apologetic for the issue that was no fault of Old Chicago. Incredible food and even more incredible people. Love it!

Pizza took along time to arrive and was dry and overcooked. Waitress said they forgot to add an ingredient and had to redo it. Manager asked how we liked the pizza and we said it was not good. He said lower oven wasn't working and they had to run it through upper oven. Not a quality pizza at all. Manager did not care. We won't be back for a long time due to poor quality pizza and poor management. Don't ask if you don't want to do anything about it.

Waited almost 2 hrs to receive cold food. The food they kept saying they were waiting on to finish is what came out cold. Waitress was ok, not rude but clearly overwhelmed and not very attentive. Didn’t bother to offer a discount for the wildly excessive wait… Over $100 for my family of 7 to wait 2 hrs to eat cold food… won’t be back.

The only positive thing I can really say is that our table was clean when we sat down, and our waitress was polite. The food was undercooked, came out missing things, and condiments we asked for were forgotten. It took over 40 minutes for the 4 of us to get served our food. There were staff standing around gossiping while our waitress served every table on our side of the restaurant. Our waitress was nice, but clearly young and not well-trained. I also witnessed a staff member leave the bathroom without washing her hands.

Service was terrible, we waited almost an hour for our food and we also waited about 20 to 25 minutes to be seated. The food was terrible and part of my pizza barely had toppings on it. Our server kept going to the other servers table asking if they were okay and how their food tasted instead of checking with our table. The people behind us for there food before we did and they didn't have to wait on a table to be seated. Our servers name was Johnny.
