We were in Cheyenne for Frontier Nights and came to eat close to our hotel. The food was amazing and we got personal attention from the owner Ben and our server Tory was so delightful!! Highly recommend!!

I’m from back east so naturally I know good Italian food. This place literally deserves a gold metal! My boyfriend and I literally drive up from Fort Collins to come here. You won’t find anything better from Colorado to Wyoming as far as authentic Italian food. I’m literally transported back to my Italian roots and back east with each bite. Amazing food deserves 5 stars not 4.7 or whatever the rating is. The tour of Italy is a great choice if you’ve never been. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks you guys for providing the best Italian in the Wild West!

From reservation thru receipt of the bill, this was a pleasant, first class experience. Server was familiar with wine list and bar offerings, prices were very reasonable, yet service was first-rate. Menu recommendation…pastas with sauce a better choice than chicken piccata , which was, unfortunately, a bit bland. Server very attentive. We’ve been to Napoli before, but will definitely return. Soon.

Dinner was perfect! The portions were great and I was able to bring some home for lunch. We ordered the chefs favorite and the tour of Italy. We also had a a desert and it was good too. Would recommend this place to others. Nice quiet place to relax and enjoy a meal with your loved ones

Had the honor of dining at Napoli’s to celebrate the birthday of a 17 year old. The food was outstanding, as was the service. Our waiter, Trim, was very attentive and most helpful. My friends had tiramisu. They said it was best they had ever eaten. Our drinks were wonderful and everything was as ordered. My meal came with spaghetti. I thought it was supposed to be penne. Trim explained very politely that I was mistaken but he would have ordered as I wished but it would delay my meal. I declined, ate as served and truly enjoyed. All staff was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely return. By the way, prices were reasonable.

We were passing through. We use TA to spot good places to eat that are run by locals. Napoli's is legit. Made from scratch, great sauces, great service, and the prices are very reasonable. Very satisfied with this place.

This was a very good Italian restaurant. Portions are small though. We had the sampler. We usually split meals but here you may want your own. Food was good, service was excellent.

It was our 40th anniversary and we were looking for a nicer place to celebrate. Napoli's was the best choice! My wife had the sampler with lasagna, manicotti, and cheese ravioli. I had the Viva Italia with fettuccini, mushrooms, sausage, and chicken. Both were excellent. The fresh bread was so good. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was quiet. It was a very romantic evening for us.

Located downtown, parked a street over, they got us in, party of 3 without a reservation. Friendly service, right on it, upbeat feel to the place. Super dishes, not super expensive. I had pizza Napoli, nice choice or create your own., yummy Italian dishes, fettucine, osso buco, finish with tiramisu- the best- and an expresso. Very inviting place.

As my first time trying Napoli’s, I instantly fell in love. The restaurant environment was calming and the food was amazing. I tried the Gnocchi Al Pesto, a very creamy and delicious treat. They did seem understaffed (granted, my trip to Napoli’s was during a holiday weekend). Our waiter, a taller, blond gal was great and made our experience super enjoyable!
