Will not order from here again!!! We placed an order online, pending charge in our bank account, and after an hour and a half we still had no pizza. My husband called and the person flat out lied and said our pizza was out for delivery. Another 30 minutes go by and still NO PIZZA. We call a second time and this person told us the pizza was never put in. I am beyond frustrated!!!! We asked for a full refund and that has to be sent to a manager. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
This a a horrible experience. Last night I checked the hours and saw Mr. Jim's was open until 10:00pm. I submitted an online order around 9:35 pm. Order was successfully submitted. I waited an hour and no pizza. I called the store about 10:35 and the phone just rang and rang. I called this afternoon to see about a refund and the manager on this shift couldn't help me but said the next manager on at 4:00 pm would call me around 4:30. I never got a call do I called a little after 5:00pm. Paige told me they were busy and forgot to call me. Paige proceeded to tell me she checked my online order and it was delivered at 9:52 pm. I told Paige I didn't receive my pizzas. They had to have been delivered to the wrong apartment. After a back and forth of Paige saying it was delivered to a man and me saying I never got my pizza, Paige hung up on me. I am not a man mind you. AND, they got my order, made my p8zzas, and delivered my pizzas in about 15 minutes, yeah right. Lost my business!
Hot pizza at a fairly decent price! I don't know who Mr. Jim is but he sure knows how to make a pizza! Will come again
Was there for a door dash and they were super friendly and quick with the order, which helps me a great deal, keep up the good work
These guys have good pizza, but I particularly enjoy the nacho stix. I do appreciate that they often have coupon codes to get discounts on orders.
