Ordered a deluxe pepperoni for pick up. Got it home and they drizzled the whole thing in hot sauce by mistake! Called to tell them we were bringing it back and the first person hung up on me before even talking to me. I could hear her laughing and talking to someone else before I was disconnected. I called back and this time she actually answered. I told her that she hung up on me the first time and said we were returning the pizza for a refund. She said, “No, we’ll evaluate the situation when you get here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Jimsticks are the best. The pizza was ok. Friendly people working there.
EDIT: I was contacted by an owner/manager and they got it sorted out and were extremely sincere and apologetic. I feel not many companies these day are like that and I truly appreciate and respect that. I understand mistakes happen and I think my messages just weren’t being passed on to the appropriate people.I’ll start by saying I love their pizza, it’s delicious. I’m leaving a bad review so that maybe a manager or owner can reach out to me after 2 employees have told me they would. Somehow our order was “lost” or never received on Thursday, it’s now Saturday. However, my debit card was still charged $47. I’ve contacted both stores the last two days, being told that the owner/manager would get my money back to me. The charge is still there and no phone call. I’d just appreciate a call back to let me know SOMEONE is trying to resolve this because right now I feel like they could care less. Hopefully they fix it and I can change my review because normally we order from them about every two weeks.
Picked this place because we were driving thru & it is close to the freeway. So glad we did! The thin crust three cheese pizza was AMAZING & the Jim Sticks were too. The food was hot, the people were friendly & I would highly recommend this place! Yum!
I definitely would say this is by far the best pizza place is as far as detail oriented and service goes. I worked there for just a little bit and it is a place I would eat at. Unlike other places I have worked. Pj for instance
Disappointed in this pizza way to much Sauce not enough toppings on the pizza so uneven also the pizza was burned on the edges but way the overpowering sauce.
Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Cheyenne, and Jim's Pizza was recommended in their little guidebook thingy in the room, so we ordered a large mushroom and sausage for delivery. Pizza got there quick and was hot and cheesy, but I felt it lacked flavor. Will probably not order again when we're in town.
The pizza is always good, no complaints yet. However tonight I had a delivery, and although I gave the driver a 16% tip, he left my order sitting on my steps. On my icy, wet, snowy steps. There's such a thing as contact-free (whatever that means - they made it, placed it in a box, closed the box, placed delivery in the car..so on), but he was wearing a mask. And, he had to touch the pizza box to remove it from the zippered pack, yes? I was 3 seconds getting to the door.
Love Mr. Jims! Phenomenal customer service and when the rare mistake is made they are quick to fix it. Delicious food from pizza to fresh salads to Jim Stix.
Well the hot wings where cooked good but not enough sure on them and the chicken had not been termed for the fat. Maybe next time I will try there pizza but I'm not sure
