My wife loved the food! Neat place

The food is good and usually the experience is good. But today we went and the person working the grill pulled the cashier over and said to charge us for large bowls when we had only mediums, I know they can’t let people pile in food to smaller bowls and get away with it but when one of their friends came in during the time we were their she was only charged for a small when she got the same amount of food as we did and we were charged for large bowls. We did eat here all of the time but now never again. That one move made our experience ruined that place for me and my family. Charge everyone the same amount don’t pick and choose.

Perfect friendly Place to eat. The 2 cooks was so nice, the food was real good, way more noodles and vegetables to pick from, way clean and make you smile. Wished Casper, wyoming place was as good as Cheyenne

Food was fresh and delicious, staff highly competent and friendly. Would come here regularly if I lived in the area. A MUST eat!

This is the one in Wyoming. Not impressed, thought it was the same place as in Fort Collins. Not even close! Way to expensive for the quality and amount of food they provide. Not to mention the restaurant was way outdated and tiny.

Ate here tonight, food was great the kid on the cooktop was cool and our waitress was a hoot! Definitely will be back when in town!

Great place cook was super good very enjoyable

Super underrated! I have loved this place for years. I'm glad to see they've survived the pandemic.

Our waitress was really friendly, kept our drinks full, and kept coming back to see if we needed anything else. We were first ones in and the place quickly filled up, but she seemed to have no problem keeping up and greeted everybody in a friendly manner. The food was so much better than our last visit 2-3 years ago and we will be back again. Drawback for me was that the tables and floor were not the cleanest, but everything else was good. Good taste to the food and our chef was also talkative to each person despite getting busier.

Not terrible, but bad enough we won’t eat here again. They tend to water down the sauces you put on the food, there need to be recipes for the sauces, limited selection of foods and sauces, they need bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, and fresh flatbread would complete the meal. Cooking the food first and adding the sauce near the end would improve things a lot. And with a grill of this type, you could cook half a dozen bowls at once, not just two at a time, and shorten your customers’ wait a lot. Finally, pricing by the bowl makes this meal very pricey, compared to the standard Mongolian Grill method, which is all you can eat for one charge. Very disappointed, in short
