15 min. Wait to order and only one car in front of me. Then took order pulled up to car in front of me waited another 10 min. Then I pull up and she grabs my order and tosses it to me before I could ask her fir a receipt she walked off so I knocked on window and yelled for service she cane back what do you want I said I'd like a receipt she grabbed and threw it at me. If you don't like your job dont work there this was the worst mcdonalds I've been too!!
How hard is it to get a double quarter pounder with cheese mill with large fry and large sweet tea correct at 6:00 in the evening there should be no problem with them making this I will not go to the lincolnway McDonald's in Cheyenne ever again I don't eat fish and I don't eat chicken and I got a chicken sandwich and place in my double quarter pound cheeseburger
Horrible service. Wait times are unreal. I sat in the drive through line twice this week before work and finally drove off both times, late for work. Went by tonight to get my elderly mom a chicken sandwich. That’s what she wanted. After 30 mins I got my order, drove home and my mom couldn’t eat it. It was spicy. Too spicy. I drove back up there, sat for another 25 mins in drive through. Finally got a crispy chicken and didn’t even apologize. Just threw it out the window and walked off. I’m done. If they can’t find employees that know what they’re doing with minimal customer service skills then they should just close it.
Very poorly run location. The young man at the till told me they don't have hot lattes but I could get an iced sugar free coffee. He kept looking for hot lattes, finally found it. I ordered a large hot sugar free latte. I got a medium coffee with sugar free vanilla flavor...not a latte. I ordered the oatmeal..came with no fruit or spoon. A lady ahead of me got her pancake meal...no sausage, butter, syrup or utensils.
Great place quick friendly service however four stars on the Frye's there stingy with them you order a large ya gonna get a medium volume check your Frye's before ya go
Wow…. Ridiculous. Ordered a McDouble got in the correct wrapper… probably been sitting there all day. .one patty….fries were ok…. Should have known… all the complaints while I was there. YUCK!!!
Just came back home from this location some guy that was working at the front register with Multi crumbs in his beard wanted to have a attitude because I asked for 2 more sauces LOOK don’t nobody want them Desert dry chicken nuggets without sauce he acted like it came out of his pockets he better learn so customer service and don’t get me started on the manager LORD!!
Night manager 02/24 was great! Morning gal on 02/25 not so much. Left the counter unattended for several minutes, so I left.
Always seems to be very efficient. Today I overheard the employees going out of their way to make sure the new guy was comfortable doing a certain task on his own. I've never worked for a company that is so efficient as McDonald's. I'd like to experiance it though.
They have a good system going on there!! We ordered and within no time they had our food ready!! Good job!!!
