We were told, after paying in the drive through, that our payment didn’t go through. I showed the supervisor, Tabitha, my bank transaction which proved it did. She said it wouldn’t post, which it did. Tabitha wanted to charge me a second time which I refused. 2 days later it posted to my account. Now I’m dealing with the aftermath of trying to dispute the transaction.

They forgot our fries. My wife had to drive back to get the fries and eat her Big Mac cold. I called when she left and told them they need to remake her big Mac because it would be cold from it sitting there and he told me that she needed to bring the cold Big Mac back. We didn’t forget the fries, you did.

My order was very accurate henceforth but the top bun on my burger was slathered in grease. And as somebody who has irritable bowel syndrome somehow a little bit later after eating it was triggered I've had painful IBS flare-ups before this one was fairly painful. So if you're going to do a burger I can understand the patties having grease because it's typical with fresh or frozen patties.I don't know what was the cause of a very greasy bun but I think better precautions should be taken so that doesn't happen.

I spent over 20 MINUTES in line waiting for someone to finally answer the 2nd drive thru... not overly busy..bust... but Jesus. went on lunch at 12:20, and JUST paid for my meal.... awaiting a couple chicken nuggets it waiting spot 1 now...

I’ve tried going here 3 different times and every time so far my order has been completely wrong. Today I ordered a meal with a medium fry, 2 cheeseburgers and a sweet tea. When I got home I realized that it wasn’t even a sweet tea, which to me wasn’t the biggest deal. But when I went to eat my food I found that there was a medium fry and a small fry in the bag. That’s it. No burgers at all. I didn’t even order a small fry. Definitely never going here again I haven’t had a single good experience and it sounds like many others have had similar experiences.

It was Christmas Eve. And everything was closed. My wife craved 2 Hot Apple Pies! The McDonald's close to my house was busy with cars stacked to the street. This is at 10:45pm. So I went to the one by King Soopers. They went out of there way to cook fresh apple pies. So thank you to those who work on Christmas Eve!Great work and sacrifice! A+

Do you really get a large fry? EVERYTIME, it is filled to the max of a medium fry. It's never large, you can pour your fries into a medium fry container and that medium container would be full. Call them on it, check your orders.

Food is hot and fresh most times. Employees are nice.

15 mins for a sweet tea that tasted AWFUL. And had to wait inside for another 7 minutes for another drink.

We dont normally eat fast food, but I had just got done watching my baby nephew and my spouse asked if I would stop at McDonald's for some food. Drive thru employees rude at the windows, it was as if I was wasting their time. Would not knowledge me at either window and had me sit in line for over 8min at the food window and let the line behind me get completely backed up, then finally gave me my drinks and shoved my food at me and said "everything should be there" not very professional, this was at approximately 8:00pm on a Saturday evening. This location (DellRange) I went to, always seems to be like this, I guess I'll start driving to the other side of town to go the other McDonald's for now on.
