Sitting in the lobby for his afternoon right next to the play place where there were plenty of kids inside. I was with my family and one of the Highschool kids starts laughing and talking with her friends cussing every other word. Very disturbing and she wasn’t even trying to be quiet about it. A few other parents stopped what they were doing to stare. All the other employees just laughed about it.This is supposed to be a family environment. McDonald’s has been advertising as a place for families for years.I understand she is young but I wish she had respect and the managers could be on top of things like that when there are at least ten 1-10 year old kids around. Not to mention they messed up my order and tried to make me pay for their mistake.
This specific location I've had issues 3 times with their mobile order curbside pickup. The first 2 times got half my order and still resulted going inside and the last time failed to get it all around after paying. All 3 times after waiting a half an hour period. I certainly wouldn't recommend this location and if you do, avoid using the app and don't go after night shift comes on. I'd give this negative 5 stars if I could.
Lines are long and slow moving. I was given wrong food, but they switched it out. When I got my food, it wasn't the way I had ordered it. A few minutes after I left, I discovered that they had also given me the wrong soda...gave me Coke instead of Diet Dr Pepper. Thank heaven I'm not diabetic or their error could have really caused damage.
They weren't the friendliest of people, honestly a bit snotty. And they could have been faster with everything for as few customers as there were. You'd have thought they were slammed by the way they behaved. The food was good but appeared to have been thrown into the wrapper. I will use the one on the other side of town next time
Im gluten free and i asked for no bun! The next thing i know they gave me a bun. I cant have a bun. I know they try their best tho
Its a McDonald's. Inside was somehow clean. Not the cleanest that I have been. But decent. They have 2 lanes drive-thru they were fast and accurate with the orders as is supposed to b. A woman rushed in very mad that she was waiting too long on a side for a happy meal box.
Worst mcdonalds ever..They messed up my order and gave me wrong item twice. The bathroom was closed .Bad customer service..Will never come back &food dont taste that good.Even the watered soda was horrible
The sign on the door says the lobby closes at 9pm, but the staff locked the doors at 8pm. I don't know what time the tea in the customer self-serve is to be pulled, but it happened before we got there at about 1/4 to 8pm. I waited at the counter, to have the staff get me some of the tea from the drive-thru, several of the staff, including the young female manager, looked at, an then proceeded to ignore me.Seriously McDonald's?

So, I work nightshift at the hospital. I've Doordashed from this specific McDonalds many times. Tonight, after ordering a meal, two hot n spicy's, two milkshakes (one in the meal), and an apple pie, I received only the meal (excluding the shake), and nothing else. I called the store, and spoke to a young man, who informed me "Here's the thing, the Doordasher was supposed to tell you that we don't make milkshakes after midnight. Also, pie would have been a 16 minute wait. So, you'll need to call Doordash and have them refund you for those items." I stated I didn't know that, as it hadn't been passed to me, and I had been charged anyway for things they weren't making. (Take them off your list if they aren't available, or say you are out of that item when I attempt to purchase it). He proceeded to wish me a goodnight, as I was still speaking, and hung up on me. I have ordered from McDonald's quite often, usually late at night since they are one of the very few places open during my nights off, and I have never heard of milkshakes not being made after midnight. And I dont think the wait time matters, specifically for the pie, when I have ordered and paid for something. I know Doordarsh and McDonald's are different, and I am not blaming them in any way for the Doordasher failing to pass that on to me, but still. Either way, complete foul up, and rather disappointing
