Ordered a simple cheese pizza guy told me maybe 15 to 20 minutes i was not mad about that the fact that i waited an hr for a pizza that was not even warm they just gave me a pizza that had probably was mine sitting for 30 minutes on the counter only reason i know is because i watched them leave a pizza do to online order and they took priority on a 15 minute old order vrs an in store almost hr waiting customer i hate to bragging rights but dam just needs a system to figure it out you go in order of orders made
Kid's run the place, with zombie manager I'm guessing. There all adorable but if you order online... PLEASE CALL! to verify they understand and can handle the order you have paid for within a hour of ordering. The nicest way to put it is... they're just built different at this location. Arrived at the location at 7:20, they close at 8. The menu boards were already turned off. Not sure if they were non functional or just want to give the vibe that you’re not welcome to be there ordering. They had nothing ready, which is a little odd for a place that offers hot and ready pizza. So I knew I had to wait and I was ok with it. I decided to get the pizza and sticks combo that is half pepperoni pizza and the other half cut like cheese sticks. Well the people acted like it was an inconvenience that we were there even though they were open for another 40 minutes. The whole cheese stick side was cut just like a pizza not like cheese sticks. When you look online to see how you can order it, it shows that it comes with marinara sauce. They did not give me marinara sauce nor did they cut it correctly which is really annoying since that’s not what I asked for. The employees here act like they could give a care less that you are spending money in their business. God forbid they have to do their jobs. If you want little Caesar’s, go to the dell range location at least they act like they care up at that one. (Added a photo just to illustrate the cheese sticks side being wrong)
Called to order a pizza at 7:45pm they hung up on me three times finally got through at 8:02pm they said oh no we're not taking orders we are gong to close they don't close until 8:30pm huuum guess they don't want to make money. Only gave them one star b/c I had too.
Seems to be all teenagers in there with a old dude. In the last 4 years I have yet to get a pizza that was completely cooked. Nor can any of them cut the pizza right!! I want to lift a slice out, not the whole thing at once!!!
The pizza is good sometime but then there's time when you get something more than a little off.
Horrible service and waited over an hour for cheese bread to be made! Not coming back ever again.
We have gone to South Greeley Highway store for several years now, and always liked the pizza. However, the last 2 times have been a disaster.. Time before last, all the goodies, sausage, mushrooms and pineapple was just piled in the center of the pizza. The last time, ordered 2 pizzas, like we usually do, we went in to check on them and when verifying the order, they had it all wrong. Finally got it ordered like we wanted, but when we got them to the car, one of the pizzas was just barely cooked,crust was still white, and the other one the cheese was scorched and hard. Also found jalapeño peppers on one slice, buried under the burnt cheese. We have decided to try somewhere else from now on.
So cheap and delicious! I like to order my pizza well done
Clearly needs to hire more people to help current staff. Line of 6 people waiting, staff not nice.
