i went through the drive threw and ordered my food. i got to the window and questioned the people working to make sure they got my whole order because the price did not reflect what i ordered. i said i also ordered a small mac and cheese and a side of corn. the older gentleman said he’s not supposed to add things at the window. i let them know that i ordered it at the speaker. he said he would do it this one time. if people can’t listen for the whole order, they should not be in the drive threw. he stopped me several time while i was ordering my food. i was annoyed and left my food there. very dissatisfied in the customer service from tonight. i hadn’t been to kfc in about 5 years and i thought i would try it again. i think i will be staying away again.

I’m not the kind of person to leave reviews because I hate it but is having hair in the chicken a new thing. The past three times I’ve been there I’ve found multiple hairs in the chicken it’s upsetting. I end up throwing the chicken away and once again I ordered today and hair in the chicken again. Not only did I get hair in the chicken my soda was so flat it was water. Honestly the most upsetting time I’ve ordered from here. Very disappointing I probably won’t be going there for a long time.

Ok chicken, and we are craving it since we live hours away from a KFC. Sadly the pieces seem to be getting smaller, and more expensive. We got there right at opening , ordered a 12 piece bucket with sides and a 6 piece tenders. the chicken was ok, but the tenders were dry and tough, like they were from yesterday? It was 50$ for this. I love KFC, but I am not sure we will be back. The service here was good and friendly however.

Besides being expensive, rude staff. Bought 24 honey BBQ wings. Nothing but a drizzle of sauce on top of wings. Not enough to cover 4 wings, let alone 24.

I was in the mood for some Raising Cane's chicken fingers but wasn't going to make a special trip to Fort Collins for that. I decided to try the KFC version. What a mistake! KFC's chicken fingers were dry, rubbery and tasteless (if you don't count the 'old grease' flavor). I honestly don't know how two restaurants can offer chicken fingers and have them turn out so different. Never again KFC!

Very disappointed in lunch today 3/11/22. I had the 2 pc dark meat combo. Chicken was very greasy. My husband had the Nashville hot tenders and they were dripping in greaae.

Visited 1/29/2022 around 6:30pm. Wanted 6 drum sticks. That's it. Couldn't have it. I was told it is a special order. They don't accommodate special orders. I never knew ala Carter was a special order. Eventhough it's on the menu. See photo. This exchange was with the manager. I'm done with this place. Staff is horrible. But how do you blame the staff when your manager is terrible. Needs to be laid off or retrained.

Ordered extra crispy and got barely crispy. Dine in unavailable... otherwise good food and employees.

Went to try the new plant based nuggets and they were good. Got the 8 piece bucket meal also. Everything was perfect!! Exceeded my expectations completely!!!

What does $8.00 get you at KFC on Lincolnway in Cheyenne? Two (not three) partially breaded, stringy chicken tenders(?!), a handful of overcooked, yet mushy fries, a single ketchup package, a medium drink and a spoon. All of this carelessly thrown into a box and served up ice cold. I guess the third tender(?!), the biscuit, the dipping sauce, butter, and honey packets are extra, because they were not included in my order. At first I was distressed because no napkins, but fear not, for this lunch hour special went directly into the trash, where I suspect it actually may have originated from. I would not present this "meal" to a rabid dog, and I'm deeply embarrassed for all of the hardworking folks that made my lunch a most memorable one. But hey, it was only eight bucks, right? Right.
