Place used to be alright but has lost all quality and service. They never get order right, and some of the employees are super weird. Last time they yelled at me in a creepy voice through the speaker, threw over 50 mayo packets in my bag and still got my order wrong.Wait times are also out of control.
Poor service. I travel for work. I do not carry condiments with me for my sandwich. I specificaly asked for a couple mayo and mustard packets for the sanwich. Sandwich was delivered and no condiments. They were not even put on the ticket. I called about it and was basically told no one would bring the condiments. So now I am stuck with a dry sandwich I do not want to eat.
Was very disappointed had not been here in a long time. I had forgotten about the size of the sandwiches they did not offer to cut the sandwich in half at the the time of order. When I asked them after seeing the size of it I was told no since you already took it to your table we are not allowed to cut it for you. That is ridiculous ? and they did not offer any other option or solution either ? very unhappy!!!!
I normally love Jimmy John's but I went through the drive through today and ordered an Italian Club and instead got a Spicy Italian. I know the communication between worker and customer sucks with the drive through but still!
if you order on the app they will not tell you when your order is ready, this branch is horrible
My Meat look pre chewed and neglected to put the Adams I asked for .all in all I got a poorly made sandwich that I was overcharged for. That's right they don't know how to put your meals into a combo. The store's been going downhill for a while!!! I will no longer be a customer to JJ in Cheyenne. Just like the last guy reviewed good luck with your order...
This store absolutely sucks! (Use to be good). I don’t know what changed but it has gone straight down hill at full speed. I’m done with Jimmy Johns. If you order good luck!

This place is freaky slow. Consistently for MONTHS now, it takes an hour for delivery… I live 0.7 miles from the location. I understand they are severely under staffed. But come on, it’s been months, management. Perhaps corporate needs to get involved? I have never experienced this at any other location.
Order was totally wrong! We went to drive up at Jimmy Johns and ordered a 16 inch #9 and an 8 inch #14. We get to the window and they made 2 - 8inch sandwich's. Since they charged us the correct amount for 2 - 8 inch subs. So we forgave it and just came home. Now we go to each and find that neither sandwich made. Awful service and very disappointed. Will not be going there if they can take our money but not get the blasted order right!
