I freaking LOVE the gargantuan ? every time I order it, it’s fire! And with the Kickin ranch *fingers to lips, kiss* MAGNIFICENT
I used order lunch from here at least once a month because they are so close to my office but apparently sometime in the last 2 weeks they aren't delivering any longer or even open because when I try to order online it tells me I'm out of the delivery range (I am about .2 of a mile or about 6 blocks away). When I try to call for a pick up order the phone only rings a dozen times and no one picks up. I have driven by there at 5 pm and they building is closed up tight. I understand that staffing issues are rampant everywhere but it sad I can no longer get any deliveries to my location.
The Lincoln Way Jimmy John’s close is way way too early. This place should not be closing in the middle of dinner hour. I called the other store and they said “it’s because they don’t make as much money as we do so they have to close early“. That doesn’t make sense to me
Just wanted to give a big shoutout to this specific jimmy johns place! We were stuck in a snow storm last week at a motel 6 the car had broken down, and we were just going through a lot! I’ve placed a order through DoorDash for breakfast which after 4 hours they failed to deliver my order… So jimmy johns to the rescue! They were quick and definitely serve to their slogan! The guys there are SUPER CHILL and just simply awesome! Anyways the motels water main broke because it was just so cold from the storm, which also caused the heat to stop working while we were there. So… no water either!!! I placed my order with this jimmy johns and had forgotten to order water. The guy said that the delivery guy had already left to deliver our food and that it was fine if he drove back and got us water and I could just pay afterwards. I felt bad to have the guy go back and forth so I didn’t do it lol. Needless to say… the poor guy still did it!!!!! He delivered our food quickly and I didn’t even tell him about the water issue so I’m assuming the guy back at the place told him and then had him drive back to the motel with water. This place went far and beyond in serving their customers and we are so satisfied with their service we wish we can do lots more in return! If you ever stop my #Cheyenne, #Wyoming please stop by their place and get you some good sandwiches! They’re definitely #freakyfast and #freakyfresh !!!! I don’t know their names, but they deserve an award! I wish I can express how we truly feel about this place but words definitely fall short in expressing our gratitude! Thank you!

Noon on a Sat. I walked in, I notice one guy working alone, making sandwiches, answering phones & taking orders at the register. He was quick to help me & make my sandwiches. TO the Managers & Hire-ups, you wonder why you don't have staff, it's because guys like Mateo are doing the job of 4 guys but you're only paying him to do one. Give this man a big pat on the back & a raise, please! He deserves it!
Love the unwhich /lettuce wraps. Always fresh and fast. Wish they would deliver. I'm within the city but not within or for the quick delivery they advertise for. I have even told them I didn't mind the time. Unable to unfortunately
