Excellent! The food was great, hats off to the cook he did a great job. Now our waitress Bobbi Rae was phenomenal. She didn't miss a beat and her customer service was on point. The manager guy that was on duty last night is the what a manager should be, very caring and just as helpful. We don't really care for IHOP due to the Northglenn, co location. Having really bad experiences but after last night's experience we will return more often. Thank you for a lovely meal and family fun atmosphere ?
I very rarely leave poor reviews of places, but we had a bad experience here today. It took over 20 minutes after we were seated to even get a drink order, then a very long time to receive our food, and finally had to ask for our check. The food when we got it was good, which is why the 2 stars, but the service was not good at all. The restaurant was busy, but there were several wait staff standing around chatting and not helping their tables at all. We also did not get drink refills at all. This was the first time we had returned after another bad experience a while ago. I don't think we will be back.
Brought my daughter for her birthday and we waited for a very long time after being seated. No one came to help us at all. We ended up leaving and going to Penny’s Diner where there was much better service.
My family and I eat here I'd say a bit often . The food is always good and the staff are always friendly. However, at times I've noticed it can be a chaotic environment in the cooking area with arguments between staff which sometimes can be witnessed by customers. Also, I think sometimes it's hard to pinpoint the managerial presence here. I think a little more professionalism is needed here. Other than that I really do like the food here.
Worst service ever! We waited for a hour and never received our food. Other groups were seated after we ordered and they received and finished their food and we still didn't receive our food. The waitress never even checked on us even when we walked out they couldn't find her.
It was great, we were the only ones in the restaurant for about 30 minutes. Food was great, service was great. Will definitely be going back on Friday nights.
The pancakes are always good. Lots of tables were dirty even tho not many customers. Service was awful. Autumn was our waitress. She was more interested in yapping than working. Had to get up and find her a couple times. Will not return.
The waitress got our entire order wrong. The only thing she got right was our drinks. We only seen her twice, once when she took our order and then again to take our payment. Some other waiter waited on us the rest of the time. Won't be going back there to eat again.
Poor service today eggs came out cooked wrong. Pancakes were under cooked. Only one choice for syrup i guess and don't tell because of covid because they leave the salt and pepper on the table for everyone to touch
The young man seating me was very polite and enthusiastic! My waitress was not so! When I asked her for a single pancake as my side instead of 2 she was dumbfounded. I had to explain that request to her. I did not see her until she plopped my food down. The young man was great.
