We ordered the carnitas enchiladas and the cheese dip chimichanga with horchata. The food was delicious we will definitely visit again
Excellent experience! Great food! Tasty, full strength Margarita's! Exceptional service! The portions are so generous we brought half of the food home and enjoyed it the next night.This is our go to restaurant whenever we are in Cheyenne. This last time, our waitress was Laura, and she was fun, helpful, and great to visit with. We are so glad we stumbled onto Hacienda Guadalajara!
Excellent food and service! Friendly waitress, large fresh food portions. Had fajitas for 2 , steak and shrimp, steaming hot with lots of steak and fresh shrimp. Delicious.
The food was alright. I liked the bean dip given with the meal. But I did not like the corn in the rice and the flavor of the refried beans. I have had better Mexican food.
The staff is friendly. The food is hot and fresh. The serving size is large and very filling, especially for the price.My friend and I were served quickly. The table we were seated at was clean. We will be going back again.

Food was so good. It wasn't great but it Surprisingly good. Had the chicken Fajitas and taco salad. They gave so much food for the chicken fajitas that there were leftovers. So, for the price, which i think was like 15$ or 16$ it was worth it. Made a mistake with my food and corrected it almost immediately. The cashier didn't understand what i was saying right away and said that she had already gave me what i asked but another lady helped her and things were cleared up and apologies were made. Great customer service. Clean restroom. No complaints.
Waitress was just starting and did not speak English very well. She struggled getting my order, but was backed up by a good mentor server. Food was very good, New Mexico style. I will definitely return.

Order the super burrito. It was hot and really good. The margaritas are awesome at reasonable prices. The waiter was nice and polite. Good place to enjoy real Mexican food in a stress free environment
