Absolutely HORRIBLE service upon leaving. I used to work there and remember having to hold the bag until the guest has grabbed it and bid them farewell. Some young kid just put the bag on the counter , said nothing turned around and walked away. They also didn’t add the second patty on my burger as it was on the receipt. I cant even reach them because they turned the phones off. WILL NOT BE RETURNING
Food was hot and burgers and fries were good. No napkins set out for public use. Always had to ask for more napkins.
Every time I come in here My experience is the BEST out of every food spot around and that’s because of Mario! He’s always motivating his team and excelling at his service.
Cook had cut open and dropped a hotdog on the floor and proceeded to pick it up off of the floor and put it on the grill, this was not my order just saw this happen. Be careful when ordering from this location.
Food was good, ordering was fast and i didn't have to wait too long before getting it. My sister has allergies and her order was prepared with no issues.
Good representative of the chain. My Five Guys fave: bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and mustard! Also appreciate that they are always generous with fries and free refills.

For the first time, my burger was tepid and dry. The grilled toppings were dry and unidentifiable.
Went in and ordered some French gries and a soda. Everything went pretty good and fries were hot.
