We had never eaten at a Dickey’s Barbecue Pit and just decided to give it a shot while out of town one day. The food was very good and the portions were very good for the money. The guy that took our order was very friendly and tried to explain how the meals worked and what sides were available. When we got up to pay a different young man was there and didn’t even speak to us. It was sad because I wanted to leave a tip but only wanted the first guy to have it. Overall it was good food and a clean establishment we will be returning when we’re in the area again.

One of the best locations of this franchise I've visited. Friendly people and good food is a good combination

Multiple times mobile orders are out on the back burner and they focus on in store customers. Little if they remember there’s hungry people at home too that are their customers. They need to get in shape and take care of all customers and prepare orders on the order they are received.

Well done BBQ is a real treat, but if you want a BBQ treat, Dickey's is not the place to come, well done BBQ is tender and flavorful, the beef burnt ends were definitely burned up to the point of being so dry the pieces could not be stabbed with a fork, the Mac n Cheese is not the worst but was plain and a little on the soggy side, pork burnt ends were tender as was the pulled pork so the meal was not a complete failure, it should be noted the meats are not cooked on site, but rather boiled in bags to heat them up, sides are different than usual, definitely more southern driven so pick carefully, free ice cream for dessert is an up side, best I can offer is 2 stars and and a caution of buyer beware, you can and will find a lot better somewhere else.

Friendly staff. Portions were average size. We like a stronger smoke flavor but the sauces are good.

My jaw hurts. Brisket 1 myself 0.They should offer a free drink when you get the brisket. It was so dry. I regretted the moment I got the brisket when I felt I was eating a five year old bag of jerky.

Stopped here for lunch one day. Ordered the Westerner sandwich with sausage and brisket. It was pretty good. Not a huge fan of the sides, but the meat is pretty good. And they have complementary ice cream. I would eat here again.

Decent smoked food, but the jalapeno sausage was on the cool side and the pulled pork just warm. The fries were cooked to order, nice and hot. Choice of 3 hot bbq sauces and good self serve soft ice cream. Friendly staff, clean, and I would eat there again. I probably would have given 5 stars if all the food was nice and hot.

The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. It's a nice place to catch up with friends over a meal and just kick back during off hours.

Staff was great ! Had the pulled pork sandwich with Mac n cheese . Super fast and tasted great !
