This is Cheyenne's only Dairy Queen and as such has become badly overwhelmed and difficult to visit during any normal meal-time hours. They also have never reopened their dining room since the early pandemic, so traffic overwhelms their drive thru. This unfortunately makes the ordering experience an unpleasant one, ice cream is often melting, and food orders can frequently be wrong or incomplete.Recommended alternative eateries with deserts include Culvers at Dell Range and Powderhouse or at Lincolnway and Converse, or multiple McDonalds and Wendy's restaurants throughout Cheyenne.

Asked for extra topping in my cotton candy blizzard, but it taste like vanilla ice cream so I asked if I could have extra of the pink topping (after waiting at the window for awhile since our location doesn't have the lobby open) when the worker finally opened the window then gave me a dirty look. He took the blizzard, when he came back shoved it out said "Here." Then closed the window. Was very rude. I don't think it's asking much if I'm paying for extra on on a cotton candy blizzard that it actually tastes like cotton candy. And I'm pretty sure he just took it to the back and didn't add anything to it. Not acceptable.

Food is always good but I was told by the drive thru that they closed at 830 which just so happend to be the time I pulled up. If you don't want to serve me that's fine just say so no need to be dishonest.

Sucks it says your lobby is still closed when there's a long line on a main road. Just wanted to order ice cream to go inside.

Ordered four 6_piece chicken strip baskets with fries and 3 medium misty freezes last Friday. Perfect order, very fast. They had to drop the chicken so we waited less than 2 minutes in parking area for them to to finish our order. Pretty tasteful. 5 stars

Just stopped by for a blizzard. Good, but pricey

The food tasted good, fries needed more salt. But overall it was satisfactory, better than I expected. I never ate at DQ before, pleasantly surprised.

Inexperienced staff, indecisive customers and generally consistent slow service in drive-thru makes for a test of patience, orders are served quickly once you have ordered but getting there takes time...a lot of time. Lots of other options with much better wait times.

I went thru drive thru and my order was wrong no line and missing two items of my order I asked if everything was there in which they said it was I get home and missing food I paid over $75 just to have to go back and get my order correct if I could give zero stars I would want to go lower then that

Good quality stuff, just the specific location on Pershing Blvd was understaffed so the lobby was closed. We didn't have a car, so we had to walk through the drive thru. This doesn't change the quality of the food or too much of my rating or my opinion of Dairy Queen, and I also understand it was understaffed and they need more workers. Understaffing is a big problem for a lot of establishments these days, so I understand it.
