I ordered my usual 2-cod dinners along with a cheeseburger and fry. The waitress brought out the dinners. And I asked her specifically, if their was a fry with the order and she said yes. When I got home I found that their was no fry and the cod was soft and soggy and dripping with grease. This really surprised both me and my wife. Because this use to be a great place to eat here in Cheyenne, Wyoming. But this will be the last time I'll be eating here. .
Culver's already gets an A just for being Culver's. This Culver's gets an A+. Butterburger with cheese and bacon cooked to perfection. The bun was toasted as I expected. Fries were OK, but you don't go to Culver's for their fries. Speedy, courteous service. Employee even came and asked if he could take our trash. If you are in Cheyenne and hungry for a burger, head on over to Culver's on Dell Range Road.
Very rude service. I received the wrong drink while in the drive thru so when the lady came out with my order I politely asked for the correct one; she then told me I could go in and get it myself from the fountain.... I had a fussy 9 month old in my car, do you really think I was going drag him in to get the correct drink?
This was our first time there. Wonderful place! So clean and a high end place for fast food. Impressive dining room. All the workers were newly dressed even wearing ties! Amazing customer service. There were even fresh flowers in the girls bathroom! And the food was wonderful! I got a single mushroom Swiss burger and my husband got a buttery double with cheese and bacon. So yummy! Highly recommend this place!
The staff is attentive, they always come after we get our food and make sure everything is right, do we need condiments etc?
Culver's is my absolute favorite, we are in there atleast once a week like clockwork, the employees are absolutely wonderful, super kind, and always go above and beyond, we have absolutely no problems driving clear across town just for our weekly outing.I'm beyond excited to see there is a second location coming soon (and closer to home)I hope the staff at the new location is just as friendly and caring as the folks across town!
Dont recommend, i have on several occasions gotten the wrong food or my food has made incorrect or i was missing my fry. And i wouldnt bother talking to a manager, they hang up instead of listening to ur complaint. They have lost my business for good.
Daniel was amazing. He was running good out to an order and greeted us in the parking lot. When we came in he took our order at the register. We were just getting French fries, a malt and custard. He went above and beyond offering water and having a nice conversation with us. Restaurant was clean and the lady who delivered our food was pleasent too making sure we had everything we needed.
Everytime I've been here they have not only got my order (large or small) right, but they are always supper friendly. It has good food and good service!
