I used to like coming here for coffee when I was in Cheyenne but quality and customer service has really gone downhill. This location and literally only this location has trouble reading my credit card. The employees are usually rude about it. I don’t like using a backup card for just a coffee so I want them to try as fifty percent of the time it is accepted here the next time they scan it. Aside from that and the rude attitude quality has really dropped. The last two times here my coffee was about 3/4 full and lukewarm at best. I am no longer going to frequent this location.
Who makes a latte with 2% without request?!?!Adult supervision is definitely needed at this store. Employees were rude, disconcerted with customers, slow, lackadaisical, and gave me a cold latte. The store was nearly as slow as can be and their drive through time was over 7 minutes and the lobby wait time was just as long.
Enjoyed a decaf with cream and sweetener. I also enjoyed a blueberry muffin. It was time spent visiting with friends. The seats we sat in were uncomfortable. The bristo noise was loud and distracting. I believe they could add some sound absorbing barriers around the bristo area and on ceiling would help cut noise. Get different seats that sit comfortably.
Every person there is always friendly. Always makes my coffees perfectly. I travel often all over the country and this place has been my favorite place to get coffee in the US.
I am visiting from out of town. went out for coffee with my niece. we decided to try a new place. We were very glad we did.Walked inside and it smelled delightful! The barista was very attentive. I was able to use my own travel mug and get a discount to do so even. Also they give a Military discount!I ordered a Peppermint Mocha. My niece got a Mocha also. We each ordered food stuffs. I had a ham & swiss croissant and she had a pretzel. We both thoroughly enjoyed our orders. We sat and chatted in front of the fireplace. This will be on both our lists to return to!
Maybe a 3- because the coffee is good, but don’t go during a busy time, there’s an employee who is down right rude, and I’m pretty positive she is the MANAGER (an older lady with medium length dyed blonde hair). She was rude but I continued smiling and being understanding since they were so busy. She gave me a straw that was WAY too short simply because the long straws were about 4-5 steps further away. She tossed it down, I said thank you and she ignore me.There are more examples, I know they were busy but a young lady half her age got me a straw that worked and was very polite. If the mgr can’t handle the pressure during rush hour, she needs to find another job. If she is your cashier, you’ll know it’s her because she’s blatantly sarcastic and rude.I’ll still get my coffees there, but NOT FROM HER!
I like the coffee but I paid 6$ for half a cup of coffee and didn’t get the whipped cream I asked for!! Waste of money!!!
Just can't believe the behavior that took place while we drove through.. and the manager Ashley was being so vulgar towards people. I'm a disabled combat veteran and run a Business in a professional manner this was not impressive. We will never come to city brew again let alone promote or help a company that doesnt support veterans and displays defamatory language towards our country and the people that sacrifice so much for them. Just serve the coffe and smile it's not hard?
The gals on Saturday afternoon 3/5/22 were very friendly and helpful. They have awesome customer service skills and even when I spilled my tea and I wanted to clean it myself, they refused to let me and even offered to refill it. I think I'll be making this a regular stop.
Best coffee I have ever had!
