Very poor customer service. Took a lunch stop during my road trip and ended up wasting 45 mins time wasting for the food prep to be ready. Had I known earlier wouldn’t have made the payment via mobile app. Pass-thro travelers never ever visit Chipotle. Cost savings done by keeping skeleton staff sacrificing customer experience in the process.
We went for lunch today but learned they online do online orders at this location now. There were 5-6 people working and not one of them acknowledged anyone inside the building. They set up some strange chair barricade. There are 15-20 tables in the restaurant but you can’t walk in order a burrito and eat it.We drove went the street to Qdoba. They had three people working and were able to pull off the feat of making burritos.
They don't take in person orders anymore which is fine, but the portion sizes are waayyy too inconsistent.One time I got a decent sized burrito, then the next time I got 3/5 of the expected amount.Wouldn't go here unless you are craving Chipotle now, don't care about portion sizes, or like playing the lottery.
Officially switching to Qdoba today. The Cheyenne Chipotle store is absolutely terrible. Never know if they are actually going to be open at any moment of the day. The employees always seem like they don't know what they are doing. The portions are never consistant. The line moves slower than any other Chipotle I've been to. Save your Chipotle money for when you're out of town.
Their chicken literally taste like a grilled burnt hot dog. They're getting stingy with sour cream and queso for some reason. They don't even put half a scoop. I'm paying $40 for 2 people eat and they have the audacity to be stingy ? Also to never carbonate their $5 sodas. This place is kind of a joke.
Seriously the worst location ? they have the worst customer service, close early and don't even have a sign up with a reason. People actively cleaning at 815 when they close at 9. Want some Chipotle? Drive to foco at least they will be open ? my star is inaccurate, I do not rate this location at even one star!!!
Food is always delicious and love going there but went to eat at 7:00 pm and they were closed!!!!Fully staffed and still closing early???Very disappointing and bad for business.Have to say that’s a poor management decision.
Food is good but don’t bother with online ordering. They’ll just deny/cancel your order.
If you’re going to be open for online orders only the least you can do is double check to make sure the food is made correctly and the drink isn’t carbonated water!! FFS!
