I went for lunch with my daughter. The service was good. The restaurant was not crowded. The food was awesome as always. Big portions and fresh and hot! Great place to go.
This place is absolutely disgusting. Does anyone clean it? Does anyone in charge care anything at all about this business? If the dining room is this disgusting, I can only imagine the kitchen conditions. My family and I will never step foot in this Chili's again unless there is new management/ownership. Gross.
Went in today and Chilis has gone so far down hill.First and foremost, the restaurant is disgusting. Filthy! Food stains all over the walls, dried food on the booths. The floors are disgusting. It needs a shut down and an entire deep clean or remodel. It’s out of date as well.Food is okay. Not good, not terrible. Nothing to go back for.
Got a carry out order and had no utensils Andy salad was open not closed. Not to mention they gave me the bottom of the mango tea cause it was super sweet. Not happy with them right now.
manager sarah was beyond helpful!! she made sure our requests were handled, our food was made exactly how we wanted, and she hand delivered our order to us assuring everything was correct. she exceeded my expectations and is definitely doing a great job! her staff was great too, they were all so helpful and kind. thank you sarah!!
This was the worst Chilis we have ever been to. All of the food we received was dry, our chips were way over salted and our server was unattentive to our needs. We love Chili's and go frequently, but this one will never see our business again.
They have done much better in the past.
How sad this place...besides the food... is sad..don't know who's running the place but they need to get the whole team in to clean. The bartender is a slacker.. we got there and the same mess remained as long as we sat and ate. All it would've took is for her to wipe down the bar. Come on no work ethic anymore. But the boss walked by the same mess and nothing.. don't get it.
The food was great, the service was not. In 40+ years we have never not left a tip, but this time we did not. We were asked once if everything was OK, then nothing. I had to ask for refills, a missing item, a box, and had to stand and wait to even pay. Nor did we get any chips, etc. I understand short-staffed, but there was hardly any customers there. The last chili's we ate at the food was horrible but the service was good and we left her a great tip. You're going to lose a lot of business here if you don't change things.
Other than the poor waitress having to serve an entire restaurant, food was good. Service was great!Adding on here. The rest of the restaurants in Cheyenne have figured out this "labor shortage." All the signs posted on the doors, warning customers about long waits and being short-staffed is just an excuse at this point. Either pay more to keep employees there or close down.
